Overall my experience with this company was a waste of my time and money paid by my insurance company.

Check-in girl was texting on her phone and couldn't be bothered to look up, so I stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgement. She finally said she'd be with me in a few minutes and went back to texting. She finally checked me in. The hearing test girl was just as grumpy and then said I couldn't have a hearing test after all. The doctor, Ahmed was equally disappointing. The one exception was Heather, the office coordinator. She at least was polite and friendly. For as difficult as this place is to get in, you'd think they would provide better service.
