When I would go in for my cleaning, I was always greeted with a smile from Rebecca and Amy, they are an example of what good customer service should be. The one negative about moving to Arizona, was leaving them. I really felt as though I was leaving friends. I am now struggling to find a new practice, which is very difficult, knowing they will never match Freedom Hearing. Giving them a five rating just does not seem good enough, I wish they had ten, they Rock!!!

I have known that a hearing…read moreaide was in my future, as my family grew tired of my ongoing..."What, what did you say" etc. etc. What I did not realize was that my left ear was in similarly poor shape. My internest recommended Audiology Associates, specifically Dr. Melissa Segev. Her reputation was stellar from a number of physicians that I interviewed in the Annapolis community, as well as several hearing aide users. I knew that I was in very capable care from the hearing test on. Two PhD audiologists supervised the 50+ minute exam, and carefully related the degree of deterioration in each ear. Dr. Segev then fitted me with the latest technology, yet not the most expensive. In my case "good" was actually great! Dr. Segev and her staff embody what a patient needs when making an investment in technology....she and her associates are knowledgable, competent, caring and easy to work with. Pardon the pun, but they "listen". After the initial purchase Dr. Segev made several adjustments as the brain has become sensitized to frequencies that it has not heard for years. Last Saturday my wife and I attended the Symphony, and for the first time in 50+ years I was able to hear each instrument, high and low pitch, clearly and with "round sound". Technology and Dr. Segev have restored what was taken from year when I was just 17 years old...my family and I both thank you!

The Front Desk area was well kept and the business manager was friendly and helpful. She was also very friendly to our son, to me that goes a long way. We were seen by Dr. Guy, and she was more that just professional. She was kind and understanding. Our son is terrified of any doctor-type setting so he was having none of that, but Dr. Guy kept on with the evaluation and answered all our questions. Great staff for kids and adults and I very much do recommend them.

She is gone now as is the receptionist Ricky. Customer service has tanked. Calls go unanswered most times. When I reached the new receptionist she seemed disoriented and confused. I asked to receive a returned call by the current Audiolgists, Drs. Amalillo and Eisenberg. Neither of them could be bothered. Maybe a different lication is better. I don't know.
