He rapped on the stucco to see where it was sound and where it was loose. He took his time examining it. He even went on our roof to inspect the chimneys from the top, returning with photos of areas of issue, and described the work he recommended to be done. His proposal listed many more items he would repair -- as compared to what other contractors had listed in their quotes -- yet his price was in the range of the other contractors. He came out the next day, and replaced all of the gaskets around the roofing vents. He showed me a before and after picture of the gaskets. He surmised that a squirrel could have chewed into the gasket, trying to get into our house. I think that he is right, because other neighbors have squirrels in their attic. A few important things to note: 1: Kevin got back to me within hours from my initial request. 2: He followed up with me in the timeframe he said he would. 3: He showed up on the agreed upon day and completed the job without any issues.
