Do not go to this jewelry store unless you want to get screwed. I had them order a watch strap for me and waited over a month just to not get it. Luckily they gave my money back. I ended up getting the same watch strap I had them order for me on Amazon. When I went back to have them put it on for me, they couldn't even do that. They said it might compromise my watch, so they can't even put a strap on a watch. I do not recommend this place at all, don't even buy their crappy jewelry. We just went into Ben Bridge Jewelry downtown Spokane to have the battery changed in my wife's Fossil watch. Trent helped us and actually made us feel like we were his best customers. We had never been in this Ben Bridge but Trent made us feel really appreciated. We can't say enough about his service. The 2 young ladies working tonight (11/14/16) were also very friendly. I took a watch in to have a battery replaced. The worker informed me that they didn't do waterproof watches, but after looking at my watch, said that they could do mine. They said five minutes. Twenty minutes later they tell me 'we are having some issues' and tell me To come back later. (Meanwhile my watch is in the back and I see people huddled around.) I come back 30 mins later, pay for the battery, and go on my way. But soon I discover my watch is seriously messed up and no longer keeps time. (Incredibly suspicious, given the brand and quality of the watch.) So I return to the store and politely explain what happened. I'm immediately met with defensive language and am told adamantly that 'your watch probably didn't work right before you came in' then she tells me they can send it out to their watch specialist, (at my my expense) to be repaired. I knew I shouldn't trust a mall jewelry shop to do this. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are crooked and incompetent. In fact, there is a gal on the 2nd floor of the parkade who is legit for batteries and repair, and I should have gone there. read more

My wife and I just recently upgraded our rings and had a great initial shopping experience. We picked out our rings and my wife had to wait to have hers reset... it all went well, but we didn't get a lot of communication after. I would recommend them but just know to shop around. We paid a little more for her ring and other jeweler so could have done her ring in a couple of days instead of weeks. Everyone was polite and helpful though. read more
