You can always speak with a live representative on a Sunday am / PM State Farm Insurance is one of the best insurance companies out here. One of the top Best insurance companies. I can earnestly say , they have there stuff together. Wanting to add they'll even work with you. State Farm Insurance is here to help for sure. You don't have to be vexed about trying to get a bill paid at the last minute on line. I've called & spoke with a live person that didn't mind doing there job. Ready to assist in getting your needs & concerns remedied. State Farm Insurance Company would be the #1 insurance group that I would refer anybody & everybody. They are forgiving and will give a second & 3rd. chance. All true real life experience. I was dropped from my policy for 3 years. Afraid that something would happen before I could get homeowners insurance again. Thanking God nothing happened before I applied again and again. Nobody was able to get me back in, but one company, with State Farm, David Munson office. A great man name Marcio Lopes. They say it's true. I can vouch for truth that God is Almighty & work through people places and things. All truth, I'm truly grateful to be back in good hands & standards with State Farm Insurance. In being a client again, because thus number 1 agency is most definitely all about business. All my experiences with State Farm has been for best benefit. Thanks for taking time out to read how good, David Munson office workers/ employees are on their jobs. Working continued proving greatness. I'm still thanking God everytime, I feared not having my place of residence insured with, State Farm Home Owners Insurance. I was a nervous soul. Praying nothing would go wrong with thus older than myself place of residence, I reside in & pay State Farm to insure. I can now have a piece of mind without worrying about not having proper insurance. That I can say have skin in the game. Years decades on top of decades. Maybe centuries not sure. One of my vehicles disappeared from my policy for several weeks, other vehicles were added briefly, and non-related drivers were added. None of this was Mr. Munson's fault. However, throughout the entire ordeal that spanned two months or so, he never reached out to apologize on behalf of State Farm. As the public-facing representative, he should have made an effort to contact me, apologize and try to make the situation better. Despite being cc'd on several emails over the course of the issues and multiple direct emails from me to him, he never replied or responded once. If he had, I might not have canceled my State Farm auto, home & umbrella policies after 40 years of being a customer. Good job, Mr. Munson, you helped cost State Farm ~$3,000/year. The staff was professional, communicative and did their best to make a bad situation better. Not Mr. Munson. He was completely inept at customer relations.

He actually saved us quite a bit. I appreciate all of his effort, he was a pleasure to work with and made the process as simple as possible. But then, last week I tried to make a change because pricing had skyrocketed on an item of extra coverage which provided me with no real benefit...and now I have experienced that Erie is painfully slow and very paper based - with very periodic billing compounding issues that prompt communication and billing would eliminate. The Erie way of doing business is causing extra checks to get cut back and forth. Definitely consider/reconsider other providers esp if being able to complete tasks expeditiously, electronically, is a concern to you. I could not image how gruelling and how much drudgery there would be with a larger issue like a claim.

After their initial reply to my online inquiry, I emailed back and explained what I was looking for and that I was hoping to get some new coverage as soon as possible. Paul wrote back right away and asked a few basic questions about my business. I responded late that night, and the next day they were able to get me a very reasonable quote, send me an application, and bind coverage in just a few hours, and I didn't even have to pay any portion of the premium upfront in order to get the new policy in place! Alliance set me up on quarterly payments and told me I would receive my first bill in a few weeks. I also had a couple of big contracts I was about to lose without proof of insurance and Cheri was able to generate a COI and send to me right away that same afternoon, which I greatly appreciated. I was very impressed with the fast, friendly and efficient service I received from Alliance and would definitely recommend them to any small business looking to get affordable insurance coverage quickly and without a lot of the red tape and headaches that you usually encounter when applying for a new policy.
