If you are not professional do not touch peoples valuable. Good manners and being supper polite does not cut it, when you destroy someone's ring. I will not bother going back, to say what. The ring is damaged anyway. I wouldn't ask you to stay away, I just had a very bad experience, and I will never go back.

The staff said it is water resistant, not steam resistant. I was so surprised to hear that since this is one of my more than 10 watches and none of them ever get steam inside. It is absolutely absurd that a jeweler company doesn't have the ability to do a simple polish of a solid gold NO DETAIL ring within Canada. This is a very poor business model and not great for the brand representation as their products will not be maintained and not a reason for brand royalty from luxury good buyers. I will be escalating this with the Chopard company.
