I was talked into getting their card that I was told was a rewards card. I was going through my bank transactions looking for something else and found that they were charging me 11.99 to have this card. Well I don't have credit cards or anything like that. I would not have gotten this card if the guy at the store would have told me about the 11.99!!! I called the help desk and the lady had me on the phone for 20 min trying to figure out how to spell my name then when I was put on hold so that she could find a supervisor she hung up on me. I called the other number that the guy at the store gave me and after going through another guy I ended up speaking to a supervisor. And he was able to give me a refund. Just be carful at this store.
