If this rating system would allow less stars, I would choose zero for them. But....read on! I believed I could do better and went straight to Allstate in Sunnyside with Casey Huber. Such a great customer service experience from Juliet! Allstate was accurate, thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable; indicated that a policy would NOT be cancelled without a personal contact or phone call (to ensure something didn't go wrong). They went the extra mile to confirm that my home was insured within hours, and double checked via a 3-way phone call to make sure escrow had the necessary information they needed, etc. I felt like a valued customer and will continue to take my business on multiple rentals to Allstate.

This is a horrible insurance agent. I purchased insurance thru them in 2016. I went thru a couple…read morecars then finally bought a brand new one in November. Well I found out yesterday that they didn't but my new car on my policy even thou they sent me a temporary ID card for it and took my monthly payment. I pointed it out a couple times in the past couple months. then finally called to see why it hasn't been on my policy for the past four months and was told I would have to back pay because I haven't been paying the correct amount because they didn't finish the paperwork. Not my fault they didn't do their job. I did right by them and paid what I was charged months faithfully.
