    The worst bank/business I have ever worked with. I have been trying for 3 months to make changes to…read moremy VISA accounts. I provided all the necessary paperwork multiple times, I have made 5 trips to the branch with absolutely no success. It should have been something simple, but I cannot get anyone from the bank to call me back or communicate with me in any way. I'm closing my accounts and moving on. I recomend you do the same.

I only go in the branch once a month to make my mortgage payment and thats it, and they can't even get that right! I just mad my recent payment over a week ago, and they lady couldn't find my loan number on the system so she wrote my receipt out and snail mailed out my check, and my payment STILL has not hit my account! Because of them I have gotten a letter of intent and late charges, when I call even the lady on the phone told me not to go into the branch, she said to use the online banking, all I said was "yeah, well that doesn't helping me right now, what's your solution for my lost check!" and their solution is put a stop payment on the check, but who is going to pay for the stop payment? Me! I have not been offered by them to pay for it. They just want to research the problem and wait for the check to go through, mean while I rack up late fees. I had to give them 1 star but really they deserve NONE!

    UPDATE (10-15-13) I just got got an email from the FDIC that…read morethe Bank of America was investigating this and needed an additional (60) days to get me an answer. Interesting. UPDATE (10-16-13) I just talked to Janelle Garcia who is the CEO of Bank of America Customer Relations and she told me there was no wrong doing and it was part of an audit done on safe deposit box's that had non payment. Then why was I never notified about payment? The Bank of America knew I was responsible for this safe deposit box as the executor of the will. Janelle Garcia told me I was informed by a letter that was supposed to be sent to me. I never received any correspondents from the Bank of America telling me that were going to open the safe deposit box pending an audit. Janelle Garcia hinted to me that the prior Bank of America Manager in Yakima was no longer with the company. Interesting. Janelle Garcia also said they would not reimburse me for the all the time, energy and money spent to get an answer. So the answer to this situation was an audit on safe deposit boxes that had non payment. Cindy Munsie could have asked me for a payment. I would have made a payment. That would have been no problem. The Bank of America took it on themselves to open the box with none of the card holders present. Plain and simple. Then lied about it. The Bank of America still thinks they did nothing wrong. I feel sorry for any other people who have a safe deposit box with the Bank of America. GOOD LUCK WITH THE BANK OF AMERICA IF YOU HAVE A SAFE DEPOSIT BOX.

    I love how nice and helpful everyone is at this establishment. They went through a branch…read moretransformation during COVID and now they have many smart ATMs that help with all transactions. Inside branches they have guides to help you if you have any questions. I live on the east coast and I love their online and mobile banking apps. Transfers are done within seconds and I have many ATMs I can use here without a fee. If I have any questions I can easily call, chat or go online.

    This was such a wonderful place before the leadership changed. Ever since then, they have tanked…read morecustomer service in every imaginable way, including getting rid of as many direct staff who actually help people as they can. This is all while putting out commercials, billboards, and statements about how they offer wonderful customer service. I saw an appalling transaction in the lobby on Summitview in which an elderly woman who had been a customer for decades (she said so) was begging for help, and they just kept telling her how she was now responsible to do everything herself, through the ATM. At the end, in the face of all of her frustration and fear, they smiled at her and said, "Is there anything else we can do to help you?" I felt like going up to the staff member and saying, "What was the first thing you did to help her? You have to help her first, before there can be something else you can do to help." Maybe I should have. We have slowly moved our accounts out, and know several others who have done the same. The leadership seems bent on making this an internet bank instead of a credit union, which is supposed to be there to help its members and not to function like a big bank. Now Solarity functions worse than a big bank. Big banks, for the most part, still have people in the lobby who will help with deposits and withdrawals, and real drive-throughs that are staffed. Solarity now builds buildings to house ATMs that you must use yourself. Now that's customer service! In my life, I have never seen another go so far downhill as Solarity. The saddest part is that it seems to be, it must be, by design.
