Ben was our photographer for our October 2014 wedding in Falmouth, Maine. I had seen a recommendation by an acquaintance on Facebook and made an immediate inquiry. He returned my emails quickly and answered all of my (excessive) questions politely. I showed his work to my mother and immediately we made a decision to book him. His communication throughout the process was fantastic and he helped guide us to the appropriate package for our day given my list of wants and needs. Unfortunately, we were never able to meet up before hand to discuss the big day (my husband and I live outside of Boston and the summer was a busy one for us and we just couldn't make it work.) However, we were able to facetime and immediately felt at ease with Ben and realized that given his sense of humor, and ours, we were in good hands. The day of went off without a hitch and Ben was a big part of the success; he was present but not intrusive (so many of our guests commented about this) and we had an immediate rapport (again, so many of our guests asked us if we were friends with him before the wedding.) Ben was laid back, flexible and kept us at ease by making jokes while at the same time being very professional. The best part -- our final images, they are absolutely stunning and I love them! When faced with a new challenge, merchandise photography, Ben was able to rise to that challenge and really impressed me with his creative approach to, what could be, a rather boring photo shoot.
