Yes, some are less talkative then others but they have all been very nice and understanding of when I needed them to stop because of the pain they were causing me. They have never given me attitude or felt like they've been frustrated with me since I ALWAYS ask a lot of questions (I always want to know what they're doing and whats next etc). Also, the Dentist assistants are always nice. Even thou they're young they still make you feel comfortable and are very polite. There is one that's a little more serious she kind of looks a little mad but even then she answers all your questions and definitely knows what she is talking about. When I went in for a deep cleaning never did I think that would hurt like he** and I was shedding a couple tears and my dentist and assistant where even trying to help me get thru it, I mean they weren't talking to me the whole time, they had a job to get done, but still they were patient and didn't rush. The one thing I do overhear when I have been there is that Dentists a little overwhelmed because they are short on Dentists, so they are trying to get to everyone. They accept the medical card here and that is one reason for why they are always so busy. Even the receptionist are nice over the phone and in person. They did mess up one of my appointments once, an appointment that was very important but they apologized and helped me get the paperwork I needed and a new appointment as soon as possible. It was much more affordable than another pediatric dentist that we have used previously. Dr. Jake then performed the minor procedure my daughter needed and I was able to stay with her the whole time and hold her hand. There is also a waiting room with a glass door close by in case parents want to be close by, but avoid seeing up close. After working with another pediatric dentist previously I was thrilled with Dr. Jake's willingness to let me stay in the room and his pricing. We are going back in three weeks to clean the other kids teeth as well.
