If you're afraid of needles, Dr Busan does an excellent job administering anesthetic. I had 3 injections, and each time he warned me of a bad pinch, it was actually painless. Right away, he suspected a very rare (1 in 1,000,000) auto-immune disease called Pemphigoid. I believe he has seen only two cases of this in his entire career. My regular dentist had never seen it. Dr. Bernstein did a biopsy on my gums and confirmed his suspicions. From what I know now, some people with this go for years before getting a proper diagnosis. That's why I originally chose him, because he WAS. All of a sudden, he's NOT, and I'm not informed? That's why I left Rockford Dental, because they couldn't bill in a timely manner, and made lots of mistakes. I spent more time reconciling the statements and insurance EOB's, than their own billing department. Skip this place if you want a place that bills accurately.

I signed up for care through https://dentallifeline.org/, which offers Donated Dental Services for needy individuals. Donated Dental has a long waiting list, and you only receive services once. It took me several years to get to the top of the list, and Dr. Ryan volunteered his services for me. I ended up having to have two extractions, and a deep cleaning/root planing. Dr. Ryan gave me such a thorough, detailed examination, and then went over the best options for my care. I felt so at peace and at ease with him and his staff, and they were all willing to give me the time I needed to get all the information I needed. Tanya, and Dr. Ryan's office staff, gave me valuable information on how to find an affordable dental plan that I could sign up for, so that I can continue receiving care through Moore Dentistry.
