The roses looked to be thrown in and not arranged, they were all different heights, but not in a good way. I had to take the better flowers of the 2 arrangements and arrange them myself. It was so thoughtful of those who sent the flowers, I just feel that they did not get their moneys worth.

The only complaint or perhaps ordering tip I have is that my delivery didn't reach the recipient (who lives about a 15-minute drive away) until what seemed like late afternoon, which to me is not ideal and should be disclosed at the time of payment. I would have the set the delivery date for the day before if I knew how late in the day delivery would be. For a birthday, you want the special person to feel celebrated all day, and I would have preferred that.
