I got quotes from O'Regan Collision and Keizer Collision. O'Regan's quote was actually a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than the Keizer one. But O'Regan was booking for mid-November. For Keiser, I could get my work done in mid-September. I had been to Keizer several times over the last 20 years. I was confident in their expertise. I had no qualms about having them do the work. I was delighted when I saw my car after the body work was done. It looked as good as it did when I purchased it (used) four years ago. Overall, Keizer Collision fully deserved a five-star rating. From the time I went to get the car evaluated, to the time I paid and left, every staff member I saw was smiling, and a pleasure to interact with. Their actions were confident, thorough and professional. I felt special while in their presence. I won't hesitate to return should I ever need any kind of repairs or bodywork.

These guys have been around for years, decades actually and have always had a reputation for being good with electrical problems but they've moved several times and I finally found them in their new location in Spryfield. They kept the car for two days but kept me updated on progress and finally found the short in the audio system of all things and were able to run a bypass so it's disconnected from the battery while the car is off so no more drain. for all that work they charged me less than $500 for that part of the job so I'm more than satisfied. The staff there were very good at providing an estimate and walking me through the claims process, something that my insurance wasn't as good at. Pretty sweet setup. Once registered with them you get reminders for when maintenance is due. Mine come in the form of emails, less bothersome then phone calls. You drive into the reception area and your car is whisked away while you go inside to register with the friendly counter staff. The waiting area is great, nice comfy chairs, TV, magazines, newspapers, coffee station, WiFi, workstations and a "Filling Station" (cafe) next door. This was a major maintenance service and coveniently I was emailed a slew of Toyota coupons, some of which were applicable to the services I was getting, I "saved" $75 with the coupons. I have a bit of a love hate relationship with coupons. I wish businesses would just charge a reasonable fee instead of inflating prices so they can issue coupons so we feel like we're getting a deal. That said, the guy told me they send out hundreds of these coupon books but rarely see any come in. Hey, use them people, you're paying for them anyway. Of course all this luxury comes at a price but I've found I get pretty good value for the cost, especially if there's a coupon or two I can use.

Bought a new rav4 xle premium from them last month. Picked it up, it had bird poo and scratches on…read moreit - brand new. Paid for ceramic and xpel paint protection on it - literally thousands of dollars - and they obviously did not take pride in their work and just did the bare minimum. They did not remove the scratches, then sealed them in with the ceramic coating! Told them about it, they scheduled it in on August first, then when I brought it in and they looked at the scratches, they said they would need more time and rescheduled me - wasting my time. The guy that looked at it actually said to me that the scratches should have been dealt with before the ceramic was applied - no kidding! Took it back in yesterday to get the issue fixed, and it still has scratches on it and was dirty when we picked it up. Another day wasted. With the ceramic already applied I am unsure how they can even fix it without claying the whole door - very much leads me to believe they are skipping steps and doing things improperly, if they are saying they can fix it in a few hours. The vehicles have great reliability, everything else however, has been awful. I phoned twice today, left messages with sales managers, and no reply. I even asked the front desk if they were busy, the second time I phoned, and they said no!

Phone calls, emails, and visits to collision shops ensued. Everybody wanted to replace the door panel, resulting in insane four-digit amounts. However, there was also the Dent Specialist who specializes in paintless dent removal. It's located in Beechville, a bit further west from Bayers Lake Business Park, in the back of the building that houses Popes Advanced Windows and Doors. The Dent Specialist (his name is Troy) closely cooperates with Gerry, who runs ChipsAway, a paint shop in the same location. They share their shop. After Troy had removed the dent, Gerry repainted the area. They also removed an old dent free of charge that my car already had when I bought it, near the driver's door handle. In total I paid about a quarter of what I would have paid at a collision shop, and it looks truly excellent. However, I also have a bit of criticism: Troy and Gerry need to work on their organizational skills. I had to drop off my car a total of three times -- one extra time since Troy thought he'd have enough time but didn't, and one extra time since Gerry had to fix his original paint job. That having said, their work seems to be excellent and is a great value, so if they improve their organizational skills a bit they certainly deserve five stars.
