A simple online review could not truly express how much of an absolute pleasure it was to work with Mr. Jendrowski of Benchmark Auto Appraisers. I was unfortunately involved in a total loss accident in my 2018 Nissan Rogue SV AWD (a very popular car; demonstrating that private appraisal is not just for vintage and specialty cars). Mr. Jendrowski found multiple examples of comparable vehicles for sale and created a detailed report to showcase the different factors of why my vehicle was worth more than what was being offered to me. Once he had all the information he needed from me, he communicated with my insurance company exclusively so I didn't have to. On top of that, I would receive near daily phone calls from Mr. Jendrowski just to update me on my case. How many companies would take the time to personally call and talk to you instead of sending an email in today's world? My case was made to feel like the number one priority of this company. In the end, I am one of the many success stories of Benchmark Auto Appraisers. Mr. Jendrowski was able to help increase my payout by hundreds of dollars and got me to the value I was truly comfortable with from the beginning of my personal negotiations with my insurance company. After much fighting, I had received a fair market value for my vehicle. Hopefully you will never require Benchmark Auto Appraisers' services in the way I did (total loss accident). However, if you do the last thing you need to worry about is not getting your vehicle's true value on top of all the other stress that comes with an auto accident. I found Benchmark's info on the web. I called and they were incredible responsive. I spoke with Dan who was very knowledgeable and helped me relax after my disappointing call with my insurance company. My insurance company would not budge even when using simple logic etc. Dan is taking over case and totally understands the issue and what they are trying to do.
