Benchmark Legal (Ramtin Shahian) was an excellent choice that I made when I decided to retain legal representation to pursue legal recourse for my 2014 SUV. I had numerous issues with my car, I.e., at least a dozen recalls, an ineffective navigation/entertainment system, and water pump failure (what you'd refer to as a lemon). The whole process went rather smoothly with little involvement by me. At first, I was a little skeptical that Ramtin could actually do anything for me. I thought at most, I'd get my car paid off and have my various issues resolved. My skepticism turned out to be completely wrong. Ramtin is a true litigator and actually sues the manufacturers. I believe most of his competitors don't file law suits. It is my understanding that they will just send demands and force low settlements. As a result of Ramtin's actions, I was actually able to get a complete buy back which meant receiving my down payment, all finance payments made, and other miscellaneous costs.
