They were very friendly when I first spoke with them on the phone and I sent them all of the documents they requested regarding my case. I was told that I would receive a call back in a day or two. I called back 4-5 separate times and each time I was told they would get back to me later that day, but no one ever did. Therefore this review is due to lack of communication, inability to actually do anything for potential customers and to keep them waiting for over two weeks just to receive an answer about whether or not they'd be taking the case.
