While we had issues with…read moreCrescent Towers, the CondoLux staff were very friendly and attentive while they tried to facilitate us. We had plumbing issues that were addressed promptly. We also reported some rude tenants that were taking over the lazy river area. While CondoLux doesn't run the property, they were able to contact the condo association to let them know of the situation (and ask why nobody was overseeing the property and pool areas). So, while our stay at Crescent Towers wasn't ideal, CondoLux did what they could to make things better. We appreciate that very much.

When I arrived at 3:35 I was told it was not ready and they did not know when it would be ready. I was told they close at 5:00 and I could get the key from a box if they were closed. I have rented from this company in the past without having a problem, but when a company tells me something I expect them to live up to their word.
