Many friends recommended MedNow so I drove out of my way to go there just for them to be closed because of the holiday. They need to have a specialized voicemail indicating they're closed (they have a generic one that doesn't indicate if they are closed at the moment or just busy/not answering) so I did call and didn't talk to a person, and Google said they were open, so they also need to update Google hours for holidays. I'm not sure I'll ever make that drive again when there are closer options for me that had better communication about their holiday hours. I'm sure MedNow offers good care but I unfortunately didn't get to experience it and it was such an annoying situation I don't plan to try them again.

In my own experience when working in a service environment, it is typically expected for employees to park further away from the business in order to allow clients/customers to have the best parking options available. Huge thumbs down on this issue. Now for the actual business, I was disappointed, (and that is being kind). I was escorting my other half for his sessions and was truly astonished when he was given different exercises to do and not being monitored at all. He would often finish what he was instructed to do and have to sit and wait a while until someone noticed that he was finished. This was primarily due to the therapist having 3 or 4 other clients that they were giving instructions to at the same time. When someone finally noticed he wasn't doing anything anymore then he would be instructed to do something else again while still completely unattended. Finally, he was to get massages by the therapist there. Their massage therapist hurt him every single time. He was being far too rough and when told that what he was doing hurt, he completely ignored him and just continued. The staff is friendly and that is where the 1 star was earned. He is having a surgical procedure done next week that will require therapy afterwards and I can easily say that he will not be using this establishment.

She didn't like what they paid her. She didn't like what they said she could charge us after insurance paid. So she refunded their money and filed suit against us. All while insurance company said she couldn't do that under contract! Our great and wonderful legal system! , because we didn't have an attorney ruled with her! Now we are supposed to pay her ridiculous outrageous price plus court costs and Her attorney fees! FYI ! She has filed a claim with our insurance again . So she could get paid twice ! Watch what you sign! Did I mention this was 7 weeks after service !
