I visited Augusta ENT today. The Evans office for an infection and I was taking care of excellently by the front desk. Her name was Madison. She was very very helpful and if they were 1000 workers like her, this place would be the greatest. I also saw the nurse practitioner, her name was nurse new and EW and she was very helpful as well so all in all my experience today at the Evans was spectacular. Thank you. read more

Since they took over the Statesboro ent clinic; the clinic was sold to Augusta ENT, it has not very difficult to connect with the nurses or doctor at the office. The Augusta center takes all the phone call. But most of them didn't relay to Statesboro office. I used to able to schedule an appointment with the Statesboro office directly to fit my schedule. Now it's like talking to a robot. When it comes to billing, the Augusta office billed me $275.00 for a vial of few dollars medication and injection after I paid all my deductible for the year. It's ridiculous. read more

Augusta ENT was supposed to schedule tonsil removal surgery for my granddaughter but they just didn't do it. Called ins co to check on and they said the request was never even ordered. Due to their incompetence my granddaughter ended up in the ER If the surgery had been scheduled like it was supposed to be, an ER visit would have never been necessary! This is NOT a mistake thats acceptable!! read more

Let's first talk about this facility! Beautifully, situated in the old mill, this office is impeccably clean. From the parking lot to the lobby to the exam rooms, nothing is out of place or disheveled. The front desk attendants are helpful and friendly especially when giving directions on their state of the art check in tablets. What a God send to not have paper! Ok, the meat and potatoes... I have been a patient of Dr. Barfield for about a year for hearing, allergies, and now sleep apnea. In all situations, it was things I've lived with all my life and thought were normal. Dr. Barfield listened, assessed and found the problem. I am over the moon excited - and so is my significant other - that my snoring has completely stopped after this diagnosis. Having such a great success with my nasal issues, I brought my 17 year old to in and she became Dr. Lindmans patient due to scheduling conflicts. She has had chronic nosebleeds since she was 2 years old and with one visit he stopped them. I am absolutely floored that I did not find this practice earlier! read more

Two weeks after I had surgery to remove a mass on my left tonsil I was back here for a post-op visit with Dr. Kimbrough. The wait wasn't long at all. I was back in the Examining room in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Kimbrough came back and discussed the results of my surgery with me. He said the mass was, in fact papilloma and it wasn't cancerous or anything so I was fine. He examined my throat and said everything was looking good and healing well and on schedule. He told me if there was anything else that I need that he would be there just give him a call. Dr. Kimbrough is a great physician(you can tell from his Ivy League education----he went to Yale!!!!). He was thorough with his examinations and his actual work. He did everything he said he would do and at the time he said too!!! You can't ask for more when it comes to physician!!!! read more

My son has been going to Augusta ENT for about four years now. We are frequent clients at the allergy dept., and they are AWESOME! They are very good with kids, and they do follow ups frequently. My son's health has dramatically improved, and I owe it all to Dr Deal and his staff. I'll be forever grateful!!! read more

The office building is gorgeous! The office is large so you don't feel like you are on top of all of the other people waiting. I love that you check yourself in on a hand held machine. You even pay your co-pay on it! Wait time is usually a little longer than I like but the doctors are excellent and well worth it! Highly recommend Dr. Owen and Dr. Vickery! read more

I have been coming here for over 8 years with satisfactory results. Late last year I decided to get an allergy test, through my insurance it should run about $300. The initial exam was $190 and the I was told the test would be about $300. ENT then proceeded to add unexplained charges of nearly $150, If I wanted allergy shots $30 per week, and the doctor would kindly perform another surgery for about $5000. Their offices are great, except realize you are in a Petri dish with all types of diseases flying through the air, yep I got one after my last visit. Augusta ENT sneakily pushes their surgeries so watch out. Additionally they will perform procedures that you are unaware of for $$$. My perception has changed to reality and if I need an ENT I will find someone else. read more

I like my ENT doctor but the customer service needs work. I make my appts. one year in advance and fill out the on line check-in which is supposed to "save time" on checking in. I arrive early for the appt. They take me back at my appointed time. I sit in exam room and wait. Thirty minutes goes by and I wait. Forty five minutes goes by, still waiting. At least the associate could have come in to make some sort of excuse. So I give it a few more minutes and made up my mind to walk out, and the Doc comes in. Smile on his face, trying to be courteous and by this time, I am not happy. I told him about the experience and he gave excuses. My question is, why didn't they come in and tell the folks sitting in the exam rooms that they were running behind, please be patient. My time is just as valuable as their time. So why even have an appointment? read more
