She was great a talking honestly and listening to me about my concerns, even when I disagreed or had a different idea. I felt like this place allowed patients to really have a say in their care, rather than just wait and see what they'd be offered. I am also a fan of their business model, focusing on results and effective care through above average customer service. Multiple times, I was asked to complete surveys to assess my satisfaction and improvement according to ME. I've just never seen another physical therapy venue with an emphasis on customer service -- sounds odd, but sure makes a lot of sense! Medical services are a exactly that - a service.
