We love the lobster bisque, the warm rolls they bring with the caviar spread, and the Ajax Sampler (steamed seafood). Shopping at the Avenue is great as well. Their clothing fits every aspect of my family's lifestyle: for me, my husband, and two children. There a one stop shop and now closer to where I live! I didn't realize they have been open there at that location since March 2024, however I'm glad a found them! I love their clothes! Also, they always have a great sale going on! I find great quality clothing, shoes, and accessories at an affordable price!

We took her there even before the new management recently took over, and I've been thrilled with all of the updates they've made. They've recently done some renovations that make it look nice, the place actually smells CLEAN every single time (it used to reek of pee a lot of the time before new management took over), and the staff is super friendly. My dogs tail just wags when she sees some of the staff there. They're also getting a lot better about posting daily Instagram photos, and I love when I see my little girl pop up on the daily photos. They're prices are totally reasonable for both boarding and daycare (day camp is $28 and boarding is $40 a day) - yes, the prices increased recently, however I still feel like the costs are reasonable. They have an online service that makes it super easy to request daycare or boarding and they're really quick to confirm your reservation (before you'd have to call and pray someone picked up the phone to reserve anything) Huge kudos to the new management for what they've done, and to the entire staff for making my baby feel comfortable to be there!

However, my most recent experience has me questioning the company's integrity. The dog I have now was boarded at Bark Ave from 09/24/24 - 09/30/24. When I dropped her off on Wednesday of last week she was in good health and I requested that she have a bath before I pick her up on 09/30. When I picked her up on Monday, the assistant manager brought her out, I paid them & left. My dog was very quiet, mind you after not seeing me in 5 days. When we got home she started rubbing her had on the floor and shaking her head. I took a look at her and noticed her left eye was swollen shut, so I had to open her eye to see what was going on. Her eye was so red it looked like it was bleeding and burned or something. I called Bark Ave and spoke with the assistant manager. I sent her a picture. She agreed that it was swollen. I asked what happened, she stated she was aware of any incidents that could have caused this. I immediately took my dog to the vet. The doctor examined my dog's eye and diagnosed her with a superficial Corneal Abrasion. He also stated that the abrasion could have been caused by the shampoo that was used for her bath. I informed Bark ave of the diagnosis and they immediately began to deny that this incident was not caused by their staff. I absolutely disagreed and requested to speak with the owner or manager. The owner immediately sent me an email denying any involvement with causing this injury. I sent the owner a copy of the doctor's note, her response was since the doctor mentioned that "the shampoo could have been the cause, but could not confirm" she is not responsible. What business person who really cares about the people/pets that they service, would deny the possibility of a simple human error? We all know that shampoo could have easily dripped into a dog's eye while the dog is moving around when being bathed. I used to speak very highly of Bark Avenue Pet Resort and I've also referred a couple of people... Not anymore. I have attached a picture of my dog when we got home from the vet's office.

Upon moving in I selected the unit I wanted and they moved me to another one without notice because the tenant decided to stay (I've never heard of that). Then once I picked another one because I didn't like where they moved me now I'm paying a up charge because it's "luxury". Roaches are not a luxury. Luxury isn't having random people knocking on my door asking me for money/handouts or even approaching me in the parking lot for change The apartments are infested with cockroaches and they Everyday I'm killing roaches and it's ridiculous. I always call for them to spray and nothing happens. They come out of every hole and even under the front door (which is so poorly made with a big gap at the base of the door which they try to cover with a brush strip). I've had a main worker come to my door on accident asking if I called them about a rat issue with the rat trap in his hand. I can be sitting in my bedroom and here the rats in the walls (like they are clawing to get in...... and I pray they don't) The neighbors above me leave there trash on the balcony and I constantly have beer bottles, juice boxes, kids toys dropping into my space. The one good thing is when I ask maintenance to fix something or spray they will send someone right away. But it does no good if they spray and I still see bugs. I would never recommend anyone live here unless it's your only option.

Gps directs you to an entrance with a gate that you cannot enter. If you keep driving you will encounter the main entrance which us quite elaborate looking. If you base it in the entrance alone you will think you are going into an estate. However anyone can access rhis complex because the gate is open/doesn't work. As we were riding through the facility, I decided to post pics of the property because often times when you are looking for a place to live and searching in the internet, the pictures are either vague or they just show you the bare minimum from the perspective of the owner. The pictures posted are from the perspective of a potential tenant. The property was very clean. There was no loitering, loud noise or other issues that I could spot as I was passing through. I did not see anything out of the ordinary. The apartments seem to be older from the outside but it looks like they are kept up well. Again this is just my views from the outside. Marta Bus #47 has two bus stops outside the complex.

Here too similar to Lennox there's a lot of parking that has been prohibited for anyone to park for free and rather it's being reserved for you to pay for valet parking. So if you're lucky, you'll find a good spot. At this mall, there is a sax Fifth Avenue but there is no Neiman Marcus. This mall also has the Hermes store which was the real reason for the visit. However, it's proximity to the Nobu hotel and the Noble restaurant is also very convenient. I will say this place is filled with security, which is really impressive and it is sad though that there are quite a few stores in here that are still empty looking for tenants. But if you're looking for super high-end and Neiman Marcus and Lennox Malk doesn't meet your criteria drive a little bit further less than a mile away and you are exactly where you need to be. I loved being here. The ambience is fantastic. I just wish they had more choices for food and more stores in the empty spaces.

Unfortunately, I hate to give such a negative review, but I have now been inconvenienced several…read moretimes at this location when charging my Tesla. There are constantly men who are approaching me in my car and asking for money, and I have neither the time nor the ability to assist them and should not have to do so at such a location where I am there simply just to charge my car. As a relatively young woman, I have a bit of issue with this because I don't feel safe and there isn't any security or mitigation from the property managers to handle the situation correctly and so I'm gonna have to be forced to not go and charge my car there because it's not worth the risk of being accosted by someone on the street. I'm writing this review because I wouldn't want any other women or men for that matter to be charging their Tesla and be constantly harassed. The next closest charging station is at the avenues at East Cobb and there are constantly police there. This last gentleman that approached me actually tapped my car to get my attention, which is completely inappropriate. I am asking that the property management group see to it that this retail office commercial office be handled appropriately (staffed with security or police presence) or they will start to lose customers paying customers from other restaurants and establishments nearby.
