I had only a few visits with him this past August when I was visiting Bend and in that short time, he helped me so much with my chronic neck pain. He's incredibly skilled and has a sensitive touch...he goes right to the heart of the problem and works with it efficiently. I found Mike through The Foundation Training website because I wanted to fine-tune the exercises I was having trouble with. Mike was not only extremely helpful with this goal, he also gave me some gentle adjustments and gentle yet deep massage when I was there that helped undo some chronic neck and shoulder problems. He also offered a few very specific suggestions that have helped me avoid throwing my neck out of alignment (which before working with him would typically happen at least once a week)! This is such a huge change for me which enables me to workout and do many other things without hurting myself. I've also done a couple of Skype sessions with him (for Foundation Training) which is great because I live on the other side of the country. I highly recommend him to anyone who suffers from any kind of chronic or acute pain, or who wants to workout or do sports with greater strength and resilience. Ten days after the procedure, I experienced what I believed to be a rupture in my ring finger. Dr. Verheyden assessed the symptoms as part of the normal healing process. After three follow-up appointments with the same assessment, I sought an MRI, which revealed complete ruptures of the A2, A3, and A4 pulley tendons in my ring finger, as well as a complete rupture of the A2 pulley in my pinky finger. I subsequently required reconstructive surgery on the A2 pulleys in both fingers, using a graft from my palmaris longus tendon. A pack of 50 needles on Amazon is $19.99, so to charge $16/needle is a fraudulent charge to the insurance company. Any amount the insurance company doesn't charge is then charged to the client. However, the clinic will not notify the client after the first attempt to collect insurance that they need to cover the remaining amount. The level of injections that are required to follow the serum schedule can increases this incremental fee to $1000 or more. This practice is definitely predatory considering how much needles actually cost and the fact this cost isn't included in the serum fee charged to the client.

He believes that it's not good to over crack a lot because it wears on your joints, plus the tight muscles he works on are what is pulling your bones out of alignment anyways.
