I've only done the pilates and barre classes, but Fayetteville Pilates and Barre also offers reformer and TRX classes. The owner, Lisa, is incredibly knowledgeable and judgment-free. Every single instructor has been kind and uplifting. As far as the workouts go... They are HARD, y'all! But they're designed to be hard no matter if you're a super novice or a hardcore super advanced fitness guru. What I really like is that the workouts is that theyre low impact - that is, they're going to be easy on the joints, which is important to me now that I'm not a young college whippersnapper anymore. They also have had a number of free class opportunities since I started going in November which is so generous. Now onto the workout. I love Barre3! It is a mix of Pilates, ballet, and yoga and while it looks easy, it's actually an excellent workout. The instructors I've had so far are very informative and welcoming and I love that in every class they walk you through moderations to help everyone get a great, safe workout. After the first class I attended, they sent me a survey which I filled out. Shortly after, the owner sent me a personal email to ask if she could answer any questions or help me learn how to target more muscles during a workout! Talk about great customer service! I feel like I matter here and I get a great workout so I will definitely be a regular here! You should definitely check it out!

Unlike other fitness studios/apps, if you are a direct member of Pure Barre, you CANNOT cancel your membership on the app. They ask that you call your studio. Your studio then SENDS YOU A CANCELLATION FORM that you must sign - The cancellation form fine print is attached as a photo here - YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A WHOLE ADDITIONAL MONTH AFTER STATING YOU WANT TO CANCEL. 2. Upon signing up, I was told that it was a month-to-month and at no point was I told of a MINIMUM 3 MONTH COMMITMENT because I would NEVER have signed up in that case - YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE THREE MONTHS IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. 3. They change the schedule and programming on a whim. If you're a creature of habit and like a specific class style/type, there is no guarantee that you will continue to be able to maintain that in your schedule. 4. I have personally witnessed participants on occasion come into class even 10 mins late. I was about 5 mins late to class on a Saturday morning and found the studio to be locked on the outside and no one present at the front desk to open the door. This was absolutely ridiculous. Now they will say it is their policy to not allow participants in after 3 mins but why some are an exception and why some days are different is a whole other question. - BE CONSISTENT AND BE FAIR TO ALL. 5. Pure Barre puts on a great pretense of being "a community" but at the end of the day, their policies and practices simply do not align with fair treatment and community values. They are a corporation that simply wants to get a hold of your credit card information so they can continue to swipe it for a minimum of 4 months.

All the instructors are wonderful and super supportive. Pole is more fun than I ever thought exercise could be! Love love LOVE it! When I first started, I never thought I'd be able to do anything - I'm middle aged, out of shape, and oh so clutzy...but as you work at it you get better and stronger, and I'm amazed at what I'm capable of doing now!! There's lots of other things besides pole here too - yoga, booty barre, flexibility classes, cardio classes...and there's always new things being tried out so you don't get bored. We recently had a series of burlesque classes, and they were so much fun!!! There's also workshops offered on a regular basis (pole champion Natasha Wang did some workshops last year) that give you a chance to work with other people who may have a different way of demonstrating skills. Coming to this place is one of the best decisions I've made. I'm physically in the best shape I've probably ever been in, and my pole sisters are wonderful, supportive people that I've been blessed to get to know. I LOVE THIS STUDIO!!!

It went from having a class included in the membership every week night (Monday-Thursday) to having one class per week. It's not worth the money. Pay per class if you go. Even the punch cards expire which is NOT good. The instructors are not certified to teach pole and they change constantly. Each instructor teaches totally different and they don't follow any type of teaching plan or pattern so you end up paying for the same 3 moves over and over again. It's fun to take one or two classes but the membership is a TOTAL rip off.

I don't enjoy doing yoga solo at home. I tried a hot yoga class and instantly fell in love. The instructors at KOM were helpful and accommodating to my level and every other student in the class. They offer a wide variety of classes from barre to power yoga to a juicy slow flow class. As a client, I am able to make the class I take my own - giving myself the option to try a new arm or standing balance during the practice, or slightly increasing or decreasing a stretch if I need to. I can assure you that you NEED hot yoga in your life! It's a spa day and a workout all in one!

I'm a vegetarian for twenty years that juices regularly, so it's amazing to find a cold press juice bar I can go to! From High Fitness, Bootcamp, spin and barre--I love how everything is under one roof and there are lots of daily class options for me to choose from depending on what type of workout I want to do that day! And I can get in and out of the gym quickly--no having to park far away to get in and out of the gym like many other gyms. It's a gym that feels much more like a family than the other big gyms in the area.
