I was desperately looking for some sort of exercise that would keep my interest. I've been coming…read moreto the studio for about a year, and I love it!!! All the instructors are wonderful and super supportive. Pole is more fun than I ever thought exercise could be! Love love LOVE it! When I first started, I never thought I'd be able to do anything - I'm middle aged, out of shape, and oh so clutzy...but as you work at it you get better and stronger, and I'm amazed at what I'm capable of doing now!! There's lots of other things besides pole here too - yoga, booty barre, flexibility classes, cardio classes...and there's always new things being tried out so you don't get bored. We recently had a series of burlesque classes, and they were so much fun!!! There's also workshops offered on a regular basis (pole champion Natasha Wang did some workshops last year) that give you a chance to work with other people who may have a different way of demonstrating skills. Coming to this place is one of the best decisions I've made. I'm physically in the best shape I've probably ever been in, and my pole sisters are wonderful, supportive people that I've been blessed to get to know. I LOVE THIS STUDIO!!!

Don't get a membership here! I know several other people besides myself that have had MANY problems…read morewith the memberships. Once you sign up they change the classes. It went from having a class included in the membership every week night (Monday-Thursday) to having one class per week. It's not worth the money. Pay per class if you go. Even the punch cards expire which is NOT good. The instructors are not certified to teach pole and they change constantly. Each instructor teaches totally different and they don't follow any type of teaching plan or pattern so you end up paying for the same 3 moves over and over again. It's fun to take one or two classes but the membership is a TOTAL rip off.

This place feels so friendly too me. I've been coming back to this gym for years. here goes…read moreeveryone It has: indoor pool a hot tub sauna racket ball courts. upstairs circuit training and classes equipment for cardio equipment for lifting (recent new machines I have yet to explore... can't wait) Pretty much EVERYTHING. AND!! new yoga classes early in the morning and free child care for mom's who rise early but still want that special part of their day. REASONS TO JOIN!!!: FIRST: If you have any questions the staff is so friendly, this was my immediate draw to the gym. They will show you anything and have so much available for singles and families. You'll never be bored here. ALSO!!! They have great competitive rates. They have corporate discounts TOOOOO!!! They care! SECOND: I don't feel awkward here, I quite like walking in and saying hello. I'm always made to feel like "hey", "glad you're back!" Feeling comfortable lifting weights as a woman for the first time here has always made me feel like... "if I can do it"... you can do it. I never lifted weights in my life, and here somehow i found the courage watching similiar average fitness people trying really hard to figure it all out. This is difficult, but seeing the demographic around me, I felt confident everyone was secretly looking around and feeding off of the obvious intention of everyone. We were ALL trying to better ourselves and I just "felt" that vibe. It's priceless and I encourage everyone to come and join in. THIRD: It's very conveniently located near the NWA Mall... literally right down the street. Soooo, in the summer I can just pop over to lake fayetteville after a workout and enjoy a slow walk and get some outdoor nature time. FOURTH: pure selfishness... I want more people to come and give me courage to keep trying.

This gym could have been one of the good gyms here in Fayetteville if only they maintain it most…read moreespecially the pool area. They have good instructors for their classes & the guy on the reception was nice too. Hopefully they will try to renovate and put TLC on it in the future and I'm hoping they will have more classes later on most especially aqua classes like aqua Zumba, aqua steps (or maybe even aqua bike!) after the pandemic.

Facility: I've only used the hot studio, but overall the facility is great. There are days the room…read moreis too hot for me, but nothing above 105°F. This is minor, and rare, but when there are a few guys and we all want to change or shower, there is a wait as the men's changing room is for one person at a time compared to the women's. The mats for purchase are great, but don't forget to bring your own unless you plan on buying a new one (which was $80.. or in that range). I understand not sharing equipment due to Covid, but they should carry a cheaper version in the event you do forget your mat. Instructors: When I first started going, I did a two week pass and went nearly every day to get a feel for the different Vinyasa instructors. I settled on 2 who I think are the best. The others have varied backgrounds, teaching styles, and levels of knowledge. I felt some didn't have the same background as myself, and couldn't really offer anything for me. Some taught the classes more as cardio, and less mind/body connection, which is what I look for. I appreciate a strong balance of breath focus, mental calm, and physical endurance. The two teachers I would recommend for Vinyasa in a heartbeat are Brandy Davis and Tana Aguas. They have great energy, and both appreciate the mindfulness of yoga as a practice, and not just a workout. Brandy is my go-to instructor due to her balance with yoga being in the present moment and also leading a strong vinyasa flow. For the first few weeks I was still acclimating to practicing in a hot room, until I finally got to the point where I would take her flows and push myself harder on additional variations of poses--hand stands, standing splits, toe balances, etc. Brandy would actually sometimes add these to the flow as well. The other great thing is she reads the room and tries for accommodate everyone. Her hot flow class is not for beginners, but all are welcome to attend and take the flows at their own pace. Her flows change with a fair amount of frequency which keeps things exciting for regulars. Tana reminds me of my first yoga instructor I ever had. She is certainly more on the spiritual side of yoga, and her classes tend to have a bit of variety from class to class. She also incorporates more artistic elements such as stylized asanas incorporating mudras. She will also challenge the class with various advanced poses when the class seems accepting of it. If you're looking for a mindful and challenging practice, S.W.E.T is a great facility and both Brandy and Tana are wonderful. I hope when Covid clears that the class sizes stay the same, as the current 12-14 people per class is perfect. I did hear before Covid, the class sizes were larger, so my feedback may be less positive had the classes been more full. As it stands now though, I highly recommend it.

I wish classes were much cheaper, because I would go more often. Instead, it's been my once or…read moretwice a year winter tradition for 3 years. I was a little nervous about trying yoga because I'm a very strong Christian, and yoga tends to be a controversial topic. However, I've never once felt pressured to do something I can't (physically or spiritually) do. It's even been verbally expressed in classes that it's okay to not do things you're uncomfortable with. I appreciate that. The locker room is great. It feels very welcoming. You don't feel like you're going to the gym. The cold towels are always a happy surprise because I forget about them every time. I always feel wonderful after a hot yoga session.
