I wonder if they have a maximum number of students allowed to sign up for a class? I think enforcing everyone to sign up online for a class, may help with this issue. My latest class has been the Saturday morning Barre classes and despite the difficulty of the class, I really feel the burn during class and the days following! I think the instructor here really do a great job at teaching and getting to know their students. A pet peeve of mine in exercise classes is when an instructor tells their students to go on their own and repeat sets of movements on their own. Having to pay for a class, I expect the instructor to guide me all the way through. I am glad all that through all the classes I have taken at Prana, I have not once encountered that pet peeve of mine! Check out Prana in Broadview Heights! Prana yoga offers many other options such as boot camp, kids yoga, hot yoga, all levels, post and prenatal, warm candlelight and TRX basics are just some of them. I am waiting to see their baby and mommy yoga class schedule to be up. This option is very rare near me therefore I am glad they are offering! I would highly recommend to check one of their classes out. You can join and pay when you get there and or purchase a packet option.

The studio is very popular, so it can get a little bit cramped in the classes when they're at capacity, making it a bit awkward to be able to move freely during your practice. I've only taken a few classes there thus far, but the instructors have all been very knowledgeable and I can see why it's such a popular spot.

Pure Barre is a 55 minute full body workout using isometric exercises to push your muscles to the point of fatigue. This is where the change happens! Although the flow of the class remains the same, the movements change each class so you will never do the same exact workout twice. We located daybreak in downtown Bedford and they had a great Groupon deal! Surprise surprise! When we arrived I found out the owner and teacher was my high school librarian dawn rivers.. after my first class I was hooked! I'm not someone who is incredibly flexible and have always had issues with my hips and legs. Daybreak has been a savior for me. Every week the classes have been something to look forward too. From the warm environment, wonderful teachers and the bond I've built with the other students, I will be a yogi for life!! I'm so grateful to dawn and her team of teachers for opening me up to such a wonderful experience. Her motto is ANYONE can do yoga! And it's so true.
