I was an out of towner in the area for a long weekend, and after seeing videos of how welcoming & diverse this studio was, I was sold. Then I found out they offer your first class for free? And it was meant to be. A friend and I both registered for a Saturday morning class and it was all but sold out. Even the instructor was shocked how many people there were! She had to adjust the flow so we weren't knocking into each other, but it was perfectly refreshing & I thoroughly enjoyed my time practicing there. Will definitely stop in again next time I'm in the area!

And I met the new owner, who provided a tour of the newly renovated and nearly finished second level! It is an absolutely beautiful, light, spotless, and modern space that is coming soon to the public. I am so excited with what she (the new owner) has envisioned for the space, and the good work she has planned on doing for the community.

I'm a stranger to cycling but this place was really friendly to newbies. Those cycle shoes are tricky though and I needed help getting them on and off. The structure of the class was high energy but I didn't feel pressured to go beyond my own pace. My trainer, Ginger was super upbeat and full of energy. I don't know how she does it! The facilities are clean, the bathroom was really nicely decorated and all the entire staff were so friendly. I went with 2 other girls who enjoyed the experience as well. I'm not sure whether my butt is different shaped than other people's but I thought the seat was super uncomfortable. It's been a few days after my session and strangely enough, neither my legs nor my arms are sore yet my butt is super hurty. No one else thought this so it must just be me.

I have been dying to try reformer Pilates and this class made me wish I had started sooner! This studio is so new, very clean, and just very pretty!! Before we started the instructor did a little crash course on what the reformer was and parts we'll be using and needed to know! I took a classic Pilates class (again because it was my first time) - perfect for a beginner, I could follow and understand what was happening and what to do, yet it was still challenging enough to where I felt a pretty good workout!! (Don't forget your grippy socks!!! If you do though, they sell some in store!!) They do have their prices posted on their app, but here are a few: - First timer $35 for 2 classes - Drop in class $35 Monthly Memberships: - $115 for 4 classes - $164 for 6 classes - $215 for 8 classes - $255 for 10 classes - $355 for 31classes (Basically the more you buy the cheaper the classes are!!) You can also just buy class packs instead for a monthly membership ranging from $135 for 5 classes all the way to $390 for 15 classes They even offer private classes (approx 1 private class for $85) All in all I think this was such a fun and wonderful experience!! I received a free class thanks to the Class Pass App. which gives out a free 2-week pass to new members. The app. allows you to book several fitness classes from different gyms and studios. SPIN CLASS (between a 3 and a 4 star rating) -- I visited for an evening class in March 2023. The vibe/energy of the class wasn't as strong as I wanted. While the instructor (Maria Z.) was good, she wasn't too high energy the whole class. The class also started about 4 minutes late. I think if there were more people in the class that I would have had a better experience but there were alot of empty bikes inside which wasn't too encouraging to push myself harder as I biked. I noticed that I wasn't as excited throughout the whole class when I normally am very upbeat for a spin class and I don't think I was tired. It was just the slightly low-energy vibe of the class. There were only about 5 other women in the 6:30pm class (no men). From the number of people who came out of the 5:30pm class (males and females), there were alot more people in that class. The 5:30pm probably had more energy. SERVICE (5/5) -- This was good and I appreciated the instructor helping me set up my bike to the right seat position relative to my height. I was also given shoes for free to use (first class = free shoes) but I think normally you have to pay for shoes. I normally frequent Cycle Fly in Lakewood but Psycle is a fine option too. What an amazing, grass roots type of studio, that truly goes against the large class size culture…read morethat dominates the Pilates scene in the rest of the NE Ohio area. The instructors at this studio are truly incredible - they challenge you but make sure you feel comfortable and able along the way. The equipment is great and having the Cadillac reformers for all class attendees is a huge plus and something you don't see at other studios! They haven't created an "unlimited package" option which some may dislike but I think it helps to make the classes more accessible for attending and I personally love it. They are able to keep their prices reasonable as well which is a rarity in the industry. The best thing about this studio compared to other studios I've attended is that they truly make your time in class "worthwhile" -- and they use the equipment. I never feel like I leave wishing I did more and there isn't much time spent doing things you could do at home on a mat which is truly the point of being in the class and having access to the reformer.
