Tim Barile (Senior…read moreagent) sent me a quote for worker's compensation but it was much higher than other quotes that I'd gotten by that time and since before that he had gotten General liability, Commercial auto, and Bond for my business I asked him if he can find a better quote for workers comp so I only work with one agent for all my busyness insurances. His answer was yes but since it's going to take probably two weeks till the underwriter responds to him "Let's sign off this quote and as soon as he find a better quote with a different insurance company, he will cancel this contract with no fee". After two weeks he sent me a quote with another company and he said you can sign off the cancelation document and sign off the new contract. That was supposed to be with no charge or penalty but later I got a bill from the first insurance company that you have to pay the premium in full. I reached out to Tim but his answer was the person from the insurance company had lied to him. I tried to resolve it with Phil Castro ( Whitney Oak CEO) because as a CEO I was expecting him to be responsible for his employee's mistake. HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS EMPLOYEE'S MISTAKE AT ALL AND TOLD ME YOU HAVE TO PAY BOTH OR THEY ARE GOING TO SEND YOUR CASE INTO COLLECTION AGENCY.

We always receive many robo calls and annoying phone calls. When someone called me without requesting it or annoying me, I would play with them because I hadn't requested them. After that, my insurance was canceled. I don't recommend this company. Stay away and don't waste your time. We don't have time to entertain robo calls or people who don't have anything to do and only disturb us with calls after we've already signed a contract. Good luck . I called their agency no luck so I decided to go there. Upon my arrival and when I explained before she looked into my account she immediately said oh it's because I cancelled my car insurance and since I did that I didn't qualify for discount and that is why this bill is. I told her no I called Nationwide and that is not what they said. The partial payment that I paid you they say you never sent to them can you please call them. She kept arguing with me that that is because I cancelled my car policy. I guess she lost some commission $ and she was his f grudge. I made her call Nationwide and she promised she will call me after she talks to them and for my number to call me with outcome. She never did. Next day I called and she lied she emailed me the answer (she told me she will call NOT EMAIL). She lied because I didn't even get an email. She did confirm that Nationwide made a mistake and the bill was wrong. I do not owe anything. But yet she was insisting I owe this money due to canceling my car policy after 7 months. My father recommended me to Linda (owner/operator). She has been taking care of him for years. And he is no easy customer when it comes to insurance claims. Between insuring his own cars and those of the three of us daughters he has had many claims in his time. Although I have never had to file a claim with Linda I have heard from my father that it is quite a smooth process with her help. Recently I turned in my transcripts in hopes of getting the good student discount and when I called Linda to ask why it hadn't affected my monthly account draft she told me that she found out that I didn't qualify for good student because I am married. I was okay with this since it was an honest mistake. But Linda insisted that she send me a check for the amount which my discount would have been for that month. This is what I consider superior customer service so I will definitely continue going to Linda for my insurance needs and I suggest you do too!
