My friend is took me there because she had been months before and purchased a bunch of cute stuff…read more The store has a lot of stuff in cramped narrow aisles, and upon going down that first aisle my friend's purse knocked off a bunch of little wall placards that were packed on the shelf. The worker immediately walked over and informed that my friend would have to pay for any of the items that were broken. You would think a place like God's World that has overly cramped aisles would operate a little Christian charity, but that is not the case with this store.

Our kids shared the cheapest bucket they offer with fossils and gems. The gems were bigger than a quarter most and many were dime sized. It took us about a half hour. And the kids split the bucket and left with a baggie full fo treasures. The inside of the building will identify your gems too for free after you do the digging. I love that it's so close to the 3 bears general store and it's easy to get to. They even give you a free gift (no purchase necessary at gem) when you purchase at the 3 bears. It was a cute little gem bottle. Highly recommend. Just do it!

Pigeon Forge Gem Mine is a must-do while you are visiting the Pigeon Forge area. My 12yr old…read moredaughter loved it. Lots of gems and even found some shark teeth in her bucket. Fun experience!
