I'm confident in them fixing any issues but there have been plenty and this is why I took 2 stars but they are super nice and friendly and that means a lot for me!!!

I gave my information and tracking # to local USPS office and at 2:41 PM I received a call back after they investigated. Turns out the deliver driver accidentally left the package at a neighbor's house. USPS was able to track the package to the exact door using GPS, and by 2:46 PM I had my package back. Everyone makes mistakes so I can't fault the delivery. However, I was definitely impressed by the polite team that followed up to help me locate the missing package!
