Called at 2:25 PM this Sunday to report a package marked "Delivered" that never showed up at my…read moredoorstep. I gave my information and tracking # to local USPS office and at 2:41 PM I received a call back after they investigated. Turns out the deliver driver accidentally left the package at a neighbor's house. USPS was able to track the package to the exact door using GPS, and by 2:46 PM I had my package back. Everyone makes mistakes so I can't fault the delivery. However, I was definitely impressed by the polite team that followed up to help me locate the missing package!

They're knowledgeable and patient- one even helped assemble a box for me when I had my hands full. No complaints overall.
