The Customer service is the reason I give 3 stars…read more They do have bad work issues with Mail delivery when they regular person is out but (there's always a but ya know!!) they will go out of their way to fix any situation from having your mail delivered to someone other than you (they tracked it and got it back) to not getting mail at all. I'm confident in them fixing any issues but there have been plenty and this is why I took 2 stars but they are super nice and friendly and that means a lot for me!!!

I was expecting packages today that were too large for my mailbox, but instead of delivering them to my door, the carrier marked my address as "vacant" and returned the items to sender. I literally saw the carrier in my neighborhood. After calling customer service, I was told this particular carrier marks mail as "vacant" if people don't check their mailboxes frequently. That's absurd and unprofessional. Now I have to wait another day for redelivery, all because of laziness or personal assumptions. Completely unacceptable.
