By this writing on April 5 they have yet to return any of the three phone messages that I left with the receptionist or the two voicemails. I gave them one more try to call me back by the end of the day or I would be taking my business elsewhere.... and still no response. I made sure that they had my contact information correct as well. The poor receptionist seems to be stuck in the middle. Suddenly when I went to retrieve my paperwork to start searching for a new tax accountant, they indicated they had questions and needed more information. Too little too late Lindley Pettigrew and Company! I strongly suggest finding a different place to get your taxes done.

I then had to hire another bookkeeper to redo everything. The contractor that Richardson Bookkeeping hired clearly did not understand how our company operated, nor did she understand QuickBooks. The result is that I had to pay double and it took up a lot of time trying to sort it out.
