I enjoyed conversing with her and trusted her. The 3 stars are for 2 main things. When I called I was told the fee for my taxes would be $275. Upon receiving my completed taxes the fee was then $330. I was not given a clear explanation why the fee increased $55. I was not given a quote either after the $275. After my pleasant experience with Debbie I was disappointed in the, what appeared to me as, dishonest communication. Keep in mind this is my first time having my taxes done by a CPA so when I am told $275, I expect to pay $275. I do not know otherwise. The second main thing is that the receptionist was not very pleasant or nice to work with. It wasn't that she was rude but almost annoyed that I was there. Overall the experience was decent.
