I love coming here but I do hate how when I say I'm going wait for pinky the daughter and lady in…read morethe last chair always look at me weird or annoyed and start talking in their language. What they dont know is I was a loyal customer to my last eyebrow lady (7 years)and she butchered my eyebrows then after I went too 3 different ladies and the last lady made my brows so thin which traumatized me until my cousin said to try pinky which I've been going to the past almost 2 years every 2 weeks faithfully. I have also sent 5 different new loyals to them. I feel like everyone has a favorite eyebrow go to so they shouldn't act annoyed because it happens and I'm sure I'm not the only one with a "traumatizing" experience who prefer one better then the other only from past experiences. Yes I've went to the daughter but overall I just feel comfortable with the mom which is no disrespect to them cause as I put I have sent FIVE new people to them one being my sister. Update. Do not leave an honest review and then come bk here because they will retaliate. As I came the daughter right away started talking in their language and mentioned "review" like 5 times all while they were staring at me and giving me dirty looks which NEVER has happened prior to my review. During my service the mom who I did like going to got my nose then ended up messing my eyebrows up and left them so uneven ! After I was done she then gave me a tissue WITH the string she used to thread my eyebrows and was beyond rude and couldn't even hide it. I am NEVER coming bk here again!!!!!!!! Shame on you guys for being upset over an honest review !!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to lay there with my eyes closed for two hours which was a little bit of a struggle for me cuz I'm always moving. But Rachel was such a sweetheart and talked to me well she did my lashes. It's a tiny room in the building that everything gets done in. Its literally a tiny room wit two laying tables in it for them to work on u. It's a small space but SOOO worth it! I absolutely love my lashes and I will definitely be goin back and telling my friends about it.

I would like to preface that I reached out to Amy "Rose" BEFORE I wrote this. She was unwilling to…read morework with me and I find that simply disappointing when it could've easily been rectified with her giving me all or some of my money back. I was a bridesmaid in one of my best friends wedding. Amy did not specifically work on my hair but her assistant or partner did (I don't know her name). I told the stylist that my hair hardly holds curls but does hold well with this random bed head wand that I have and I always use. The stylist replied with a super rude tone and said "I don't use wands and I trust my products"; I respected that and trusted she would take care of me as I was spending well over $100 for a few hours of hair.... She did not. My hair didn't come out anything like I hoped AND the curls almost immediately began to fall out. I asked her to redo it and she tried but was already cutting into time for the other bridesmaids. I also (regretfully) mentioned somewhere that my hair had fallen out a bit after giving birth and the stylist then proceeded to use this against me as to why my style wasn't coming out properly. I was beyond offended because she never would've said that (to salvage her horrible work) had I not mentioned that to her to begin with. Mind you, Amy was already on her 3rd client in the bridal party and I was STILL being worked on by her partner. I couldn't bare taking up anymore time or causing a scene so I regretfully agreed to what she had done at that point and went to the bathroom to fix my hair with my own wand at which point they barely held as there was so much product in my hair. At the end of the day, it wasn't MY day and the bride herself looked absolutely stunning. I'm sure Amy's/Roses work is great but her unwillingness to work with me after knowing how unhappy and offended I was with her partner is super disappointing. She also mentioned to me that there is a contract signed with the bride that there is absolutely NO money back after the wedding and all services are final. She said I should've said something the day of but on what planet would ANYone cause a scene or dig into precious time on the wedding day? I just am not that person and would never ruin someone else's day like that. So whether you're a bride or part of the bridal party please be aware of this.

I felt absolutely no pain (she uses a numbing cream), and most times wasn't even aware when she was doing the microblading. She is very thorough and has a very soft touch. I have to say, even the conversation was excellent because we were laughing almost the entire time. She is going to be my go-to for microblading touch-ups from here on out. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is considering having it done. She has two locations - one in Hanford and one in Fresno (I went to the one in Fresno). The first time I came, I was not impressed but not dissatisfied. The gal working was very nice though! The second time I came was during the day. It was a young lady (different lady from the first time). I wanted my brows and forehead done and when I explained what I wanted done on my forehead, the girl told me "you should let this grow out so it looks nicer and natural". If I ask someone who I'm paying to do something, I expect it to be done without questioning me. So that was a huge turn off. I left and my brows were so horribly uneven and so unbelievably thin. I was honestly set on never returning because of how awful my eyebrows were left. Not very many places are open so I decided to come back to this location and give them one more try. I came right at open on the third time and the gal working showed up late. She did a great job on my brows but did miss a lot of hairs on my forehead. Overall, based on the brows, I was happy. This is the fourth time here and I arrived 10 minutes early. It is advertised outside their door that they will be back at 10am and online it is advertised as 11am. So I decided to wait until 11am. It is exactly 11:20 am as I am writing this review and nobody is here. I am standing outside the business and the phone is continuously ringing from inside. This is very frustrating because I made the drive from Hanford out to Visalia only to find they are not open. I absolutely will not be returning to this eyebrow location again.
