I go to Benefit with a tremendous amount of peace of mind knowing I'm going to get treated right and I won't be left with regret. I know their products are top notch and won't irritate my skin. I've never been disappointed with the outcome and they make it a priority to satisfy every single soul. #1 - Anytime I call I am on hold forever. #2 - I stopped going to Ulta Benefit Brow Bar two or three years ago because I could never get the same employee to do my eyebrows, and one particular employee did not follow their Benefit method and literally screwed up my eyebrows. #3 - Their appointment times are not convenient, and they don't care to be convenient for their customers. #4 - I just called to speak to a manager about all of this, and I was put on hold, YET AGAIN. I would love to go to the Ulta Benefit Brow Bar if I knew I could depend on getting the same brow wax every time I went in, but I can't. It's unfortunate because they are supposed to have a tried-and-true method. The Ulta store in Hanford, in particular, is a waste of my time. I literally walk into the Vietnamese salon in the adjacent parking lot, pay less money, get in the same day, and get a decent eyebrow wax. Ultra management and corporate, your Hanford store it's not living up to your expectations! I suggest you help it fast! read more

Every time I call this brow bar, I'm on hold FOREVER. I just end up hanging up then go to the store to make an appointment or see if they'll take a walk in and no luck at all with it, I just stopped going and just drive all the way to Visalia or Fresno to a different brow bar. read more

This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows waxed. New to the area and felt that the Benefit brand would be a safe choice. Alyssa did my eyebrows and was very friendly. She shaped them first and asked how I liked them, one was a little different than the other, but when asked she fixed it right away. She waxed in small strips which made it less painful! These girls know what they are doing I have thick and long brows and they were over plucked. Thanks to my benefit brow associate their getting back into shape! I was recommended by a co worker Emily. I'm use to breaking out after a wax or even a thredding so I wasn't surprised when it happened after. However I'm not to thrilled that they offer makeup to cover up the redness after they are done that can cause breakouts! Other than that they knew where my eyebrow should start and end and where the arch should be very knowledgeable. read more

I was kind of worried about going here to be honest, had a bad experience at another location but decided to go anyways. As soon as we walked in Every worker there was nice and attentive. I was a walk in and asked to get my eyebrows done, she said the wait would be 30 min. Which was totally okay since I didn't have an appointment, it was well worth the wait. I met w Marissa and she was nice and listened to what I wanted! I just love the way she left my eyebrows... she's super awesome! She's definitely your go to girl. read more

Worst customer service. This has happened on numerous occasions where you are calling to book an appointment and just alone to call it's takes over 8minutes for anyone to answer if that. Even after they do answer the never transfer you or your wait increases now being on hold. They book appointments just to call you within the same time to cancel and let you know to reschedule next week? I will be switching brow bars. The brow stylist Angelina is amazing but the employees booking and who are suppose to answer the phones are ridiculous. would not recommend to anyone read more

Way over priced and they managed to mess up my wife's eye brows, who didn't require shaping!

Unfortunately I haven't had a great experience here but that was potentially because I didn't express fully what I was looking for. I had Renee as my technician, very nice, but her natural style leans towards thinner brows, fair warning. I spent a ton of time growing my brows out (we all know the 90s were rough) and once I got home/ took off the makeup after my appointment, I literally cried because they were so thin. I thought it was just a one time thing but my cousin (15 yrs old with thick GORGEOUS brows) went in and saw her with the same result. Very well done and shaped, just thin. Just make sure to speak up about what style you want! read more
