I think that Christina missed YELP'S statement at the beginning of each review: "Many businesses are doing their best during COVID. Thank you in advance for taking this into consideration if things didn't go as planned." Listen, we are ALL trying to navigate these uncertain times. Things are constantly changing day to day minute to minute. There may have been reasons that were given by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology for not being able to do business during the time Christina had requested an appointment. I find that Christina's review was based on things that weren't in Marion's control. She has ALWAYS been courteous and accommodating whenever I have made appointments for service, especially during these uncertain times. I encourage all to disregard Christina C. Review! Anna

I have been considering them for some time now, but was nervous. I met with Marion and talked about the extensions process and then scheduled my appointment. I looove them! I would highly recommend anyone considering them to come here and get them. Marion did a great job and is super nice and easy to talk to. My hair looks great and they whole process was reasonably priced. It wasn't painful and she gave me all the information on how to take care of them. Basically everything I was nervous about was answered and proved to not be a problem!

She was performing the blunt cut in sections when she started taking down the front section, I ended the cut. I saw what the back looked like from the mirror, and I realized that she did not have the ability to make an a-line haircut. Keeping both front pieces allowed me to mask how poor the haircut turned out.

Well, not only she did a sloppy job putting the hair color on where I asked her to remove the color off my forehead and on my ears, but after she washed it, there was still so much left over that when I would scratch my head, my fingernails would turn black. Inside my ears were all black! I told her that and she looked at me like she didn't care I said never mind. I blow dried my own hair right there and I just took off with it half wet. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting before I was contacted by the stylist via IG (because that's all they wanted to communicate on). She cancels due to not having a sitter? Unprofessional. I ask if another one of the 3 stylists could do a simple tone and no one could help. Shocking... don't go here unless you want someone to waste your time. Mind you one of the stylists was just sitting there blow drying and styling herself. Not having my instagram information seems to be a personal problem because that's the method of contact YOU choose to put in your policy -YOU should've put it down on your calendar when we booked. I handled myself graciously over DMs but all I wanted to do was cry and get angry. Vivian didn't attempt to rebook me for a later date that would work with my schedule nor offered any compensation for wasting my time. And to the stylists there - she's giving you a bad rep.
