I've been going to Daisy for about 3 years now. She's been doing my eyebrows and I love the work she does. Not only is she is so talented, but she really cares about her clients. Microblading can scare some people off because of the anticipation of pain. Let me put you at ease. Daisy will check in on you throughout the procedure and continue to numb you through out the process as much as you need. I'm such a baby and she's so patient and gentle. I've recently gotten my eyeliner done and she was gentle as always. Not only do I love the work Daisy does, I love her professionalism.Coming from the legal field, I was quite impressed she has you sign a contract with her and makes you understand everything. She makes you understand her pricing, that to book with her a retainer is needed and all retainers and bookings are 100% non refundable. With that said, she does explain her guidelines to rescheduling since things do come up. Her and her staff Rayna have been so accommodating when medical emergencies came up so long as I reschedule within the proper window. I think it was at least 24 hours in advance which is reasonable. The initial consult was okay, just awkward and slightly unfriendly. The kind of attitude I felt was, "I'm just getting my job done so hurry along." I would suggest paying the extra money and going to a high end spa or someone with more experience? Hop over to the next towns, like Visalia or Fresno. It's located in a small town, kind of in a sketch part. I felt like I was in a bad part of Mexico getting a sketchy procedure done. The building smells musty, she updated her little rented area but it just feels, unclean? I in fact know that they treat locals better, she really cares about her income, attention and views VS caring for her clients. Most of the reviews on here are from her friends, family and locals. The owner, Daisy has a following of the small town girls that keep her ratings up because of the social impact she brings to the small town and discounts she gives. I created this account just because I don't trust the business and their practices. Being a military wife and of all the places I have received spa services and permanent makeup procedures, this spot is more for the woman on a low budget. Like they say, you get what you pay for. Well... I went here for my eyebrow (correction) and had my first consult a few days prior - Renne was absolutely amazing over the phone explained to her what I need and what had happened. She was caring and considerate with my situation since having my eyebrows done elsewhere. The studio is clean, welcoming, professional and you're heard as a client. The owner Daisy is TOP NOTCH! I thought I liked what I had when I walked in, she pointed out some areas that needed her attention and she explained why. She wasn't pushy at all and to her it's about making you feel beautiful and confident when she's done with her finished product. Signed my consent forms (which I didn't have at the first place ‍) went over what she was going to do again and before I knew it she was down to business. It was an absolute wonderful experience!!! Warning!! Long review. So I'll start by saying I'm one of those people that overthink everything. I've been debating about microblading my eyebrows for about 4 years and I was so scared of what the result would be. I hardly have any eyebrows and I've always use eyebrow pencils. I hated every morning waking up and not able to just go to work or store without having to do my eyebrows. I also knew my eyebrow shape was not the best. This year I started looking and I personally like to see pictures and read all the reviews for any service I'm getting done. It took me about 2 months to decide Dulce studio was the one for me. I wanted my eyebrows to look amazing like all the ones I had seen in her account. I have to say customer service was excellent and that was a plus. I was nervous, like I was going into surgery or something. The moment I saw Daisy and started talking to her I felt better. She answered all the questions I had. She was very patient and very detailed when she was explaining to me. When I went back to my appointment it took about 3 hours, more than I anticipated, but it was worth it. The reason it was this long was because she took her time with me. She took care of me and made sure she did the amazing job she always does. She made sure the eyebrows she was about to work were the best for me and she made sure I was comfortable with them as well before she even started. During the process I was so anxious to see the results, I wanted to see what I looked like. Here is what happened. So when she gave me the mirror to look at my eyebrows, I didn't say a word. I was shocked! My eyebrows looked so different. My eyebrows were not the same. At that exact moment, I didn't hate my eyebrows but I didn't like them. I didn't know what to think, I looked different. I went on and explained to Daisy how I felt. She was the sweetest, she was a professional, and most importantly she listen and understood me. She has dealt with client that react like me before so she was used to it. So we had a conversation about my eyebrows. You see, I was used to see my weird-shaped eyebrows every single day done with a pencil for over 20 years and this time they looked different and that was the reason I was in shock. After our conversation and after looking at my eyebrows over and over again, I knew they were perfect and I knew it was me not being used to having amazing eyebrows. Daisy went over the healing process, how to take care of my eyebrows and what to expect. She provided me with all this information and pictures to look at. She said to me "when I see you again for your touch up you are going to love them even more" I went home, I sent pictures to all my friends still having some doubt about them. I showed my husband too. They all loved them and even said it was about time I had my eyebrows fixed these looked 100% better than what I had. The healing process was something I was not expecting either, but I followed all the instructions and was very happy with the results I went back for my touch up and Daisy was right I do love them even more We laughed remembering what happened that day Let me tell you something, You will love your eyebrows! Daisy and Megan have been great. They are very friendly and extremely informative. I had my eyebrows microbladed and dashed. She is booked pretty far out, so make sure that you pay very close attention when they give you instructions so you don't forget. And Megan will remind you too if you need it. I get why they have you initial so much of what you are told because it is a lot of information. However, on the plus side I don't think I have walked away from anything so completely informed and knowing exactly what to expect with my healing process. I am 5 days out now and so far I think my results and healing process have been far better than I was expecting. I have had nothing but compliments from those that know I had it done. Those that don't know I had it done have asked if I am doing something different with my hair or makeup. LOL! As far as the comments about paying a consultation fee. It is put towards your total cost, if you choose to book. In fact it is also part of your initial deposit to book. And let's remember you get what you pay for. I stalked Daisy's instagram for close to a year. I am fair skinned and I wanted to see people with similar skin tones as me so I could get a good idea of her ability. I found Daisy on Instagram and was happy to find out she is only 45 minutes from Fresno. There is nobody else locally that does as great a job as she does, and I wasn't willing to travel to the bay area for others I found online. So she is truly a gem here in the valley. My 1st appointment was consultation. I have sparse brows. Daisy showed me what she would like to do and explained the process to me. She is very professional, upfront and honest. And her studio is relaxing and clean. Very cute too:) Our 2nd appt was the day of the procedure and lasted about two hours. She used a numbing cream which helped take the edge off. It wasn't painful at all, just felt like she was tweezing my brows. Before I left she educated me on how to take care of them the next few days. The first week the color was intense which is normal. After 4 or 5 days it lightens. I am so pleased with her work. I can't express to you how confident I feel having brows again. Drawing and shading took up most of my makeup routine so now I don't really have to worry about it. I do add some shading if I want them thicker depending on makeup I wear, but that's all. I've gotten so near-sighted that I can't get close enough to the mirror to put my eyeliner on. I probably spent a year asking around for someone to do permanent liner and after Daisy's name popped up every time, I bit the bullet and made the appointment. It did not hurt! It was very buzzy sounding but not painful in the least. She did a soft brown-black, very thin because I was worried I'd look too done, which I didn't. I went back about a year later to have it made a little thicker...and I probably will go back one more time. I'm very fair, with white hair and blue eyes and I didn't want the liner to really pop out "Yoo hoo!Look what I had done!" Daisy is meticulous and very professional. I am horrible about getting to my review but I finally have time to write it, so here goes...From the very first time I made up my mind to go hear the office staff was very professional, along with having a prompt response. All of the coorospondance was expeditious and timely with any questions I had. I arrived early for my appointments and was greeted by the office assistant. All paperwork was explained and super easy to fill out. Once my new patient medical screening was complete Daisy was very prompt and super nice. I was very nervous at first but she quickly put all of my nerves at ease with her knowledge and amazing professional attitude. Over the course of my 2 hour appointment Daisy made me feel like a celebrity getting treatment at the most posh studio in Beverly Hills! A truly amazing gem found right hear in the central valley! I came to Dulce Studio with high expectations to get microblading done on my eyebrows. She talked highly of herself and came off very friendly. The work was done, and unfortunately the results were below average. The eyebrows do not look alike whatsoever and after a year the ink has blended in together and now it looks like a drawn on tattoo rather than individual hairs. She was the only microblading artist in town and the work on her Instagram looked good but now I wish I could go back I would have taken the trouble to travel elsewhere to a studio with more experienced staff. read more

Daisy is simply amazing! I first went to see her for a makeup lesson and application. I have always loved makeup, and I wanted to learn how to do it like a pro. Daisy was so patient, and explained every step that she was doing. She really took her time and was so nice about it! You can tell she really cares about her clients. I learned so much from her, and now I really feel like I apply my makeup beautifully! I then made an appointment to get my eyebrows applied permanently. She was able to do my consultation at the time of my makeup lesson. The procedure itself lasted about 2 hours, and was not at all painful. As another reviewer mentioned, the brows are darker and thicker for the first few days than they will eventually be. I am absolutely in love with my new brows! No more penciling, and the arch is perfect! It's also nice to have eyebrows even when I am not wearing makeup. Daisy also has her own line of cosmetics, and I love them! The quality is comparable to Mac or any high-end department store makeup, and she has a huge range of colors. I purchased foundation, powder, contour powder, contour cream makeup, highlighter, and eyeshadow. I also bought a set of makeup brushes, which I am in love with. I will definitely be buying more. I loved getting my eyelash extensions here because it's so close to home, but when I tried to schedule a fill I got a response a day or so later stating she no longer worked there. I contacted the studio about scheduling an appointment, she text me back the next morning and told me to schedule with her new technician. I called her new eyelash technician and left a voicemail, I never got a call back and when I messaged the owner about it I never got a response. I guess they don't do eyelash extensions anymore!
