Then the day before my appointment, I received another text telling me my appointment was rescheduled, again, with Another lash tech and the appointment would have to be pushed back half hour. No discount offered. Again, I was ok with it and tried Not to be "Karen." I was still looking forward to it. But then... I arrived on time. The lash tech "Tori" was 17 minutes late. She did not apologize nor being friendly. She led me to her room and we brief discussed what I would like to have. When it was done, I gave her a generous cash tip like how I usually do for cosmetics techs/stylist. She did NOT thank me at all and took it as if it was part of the payment. Like, she EXPECTS people to just give her that kind of money. LOL. Then, when I went home and looked close, she left MANY Glue lumps all over the lash and they looked as if I got lice on my lash! Just AWFUL!! My daughter saw me and asked me how much I paid for it? When I told her the charge and the tip thing, she laughed and told me I was being way over charged with the amount of lash she put on my eyes even for just Classic set. Instead, she dragged it out, ran her mouth, and decided to talk trash about me to someone she thought was my friend. That friend is my aunt. I kept my cool in the moment, but do not get it twisted. Talking badly about clients behind their backs is distasteful behavior for a business owner. Completely lame, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I'm literally walking around letting my brows grow into a full bush just to fix the damage from the last bad job, and now the owner went and messed them up too. 2.5 weeks without my brows done. That alone is frustrating enough. But to then hear that she's still talking shit and running her mouth about me? That's beyond upsetting. I'm the one stuck walking around with uneven brows because of their work, yet she has the nerve to mock it like it's a joke. It's embarrassing, disrespectful, and honestly infuriating. I am beyond unhappy with my experience here. I had previously had work done here (eyebrows and…read morelips) and was happy with my experience although the eyebrows which I got microbladed didn't last. I went back a year later for another touchup and it still didn't hold. I messaged them this year after hearing ombré powder brows worked better for oily skin and set up an appointment to come in. Within a few hours after booking my appointment I got a message saying it was too last minute for the artist and was asked to reschedule which I did. When I went in for my appointment I told her my style that I liked and she said she didn't think that was a good look so she mapped out what she thought would suit my face. After the mapping I let her know they looked thick and she said it was just the mapping and shading would be done inside the lines. We moved forward but when she was done I pointed out an area that was missing color. The owner had to step in and get color into that spot as the artist wasn't able to. 2 weeks later I messaged and sent pictures because there was a big spot that had no color at all. I was told the wait until they bloomed. I messaged a while later showing that the area still wasn't holding color at all and that the ends were different and there was also a dark line under 1 of the brows. At this point the owner agreed to do my touchup instead of the original artist to try to correct the mismatched brows. I sent 2 messages over the course of 2 weeks looking for a date for the appointment before the owner decided to respond. She scheduled a date without my approval so I had to message back to change the date due to upcoming events I needed the brows to be healed for. I followed up a few times to show the owner pictures the last time being last week to clarify that she could fix the issues I had before going in to the appointment. During my correspondence she was nice at first but rude when I voiced my issues with the services. On Friday in my message she said the appointment for the touchup would be $150 or she would do laser removal at no cost but I responded to her that wouldn't make sense due to already having spent the money on brows I have to fill in daily and don't even match and I also let her know that I already put a $75 deposit down on the appointment for the touchup. I got a message today saying she didn't understand the back and forth and would be cancelling my appointment and refunding only the $75 for the touchup. She stated she didn't understand the back and forth (which was done because she said she didn't understand what I meant by fix my brows so I clarified my issues which I had already spoken on more than once) The fact they didn't even offer to refund half of the initial appointment after leaving me with 2 eyebrows that don't match and I still have to fill in daily after not even 2 months is absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money here.
