I've called multiple times, and each time I'm told that someone will call me back, but no one ever does. When I showed up at 8a 6/23, they said they didn't have my records & would call them that morning to get them, I said I would reschedule. I came back to the office the next afternoon & asked at the desk for the office manager & the person I asked said she was the manager. I told her the ordeal that I have been going thru with trying to get my records to them despite the other dental office sending them multiple times. She said they could do the exam & xrays to determine what would be needed. I said that the dentist should have my history. She said she would call them & that the other office didn't send them otherwise they would be there & I told her my husband's dentist had the same problem but that I was told they got his records. Then I go in for my next appointment to fix a temporary crown. I was late by LITERALLY 2 minutes due to their long line and they decided to take someone else instead of checking to see if I was waiting. They told me I could wait there for many hours OR come the next day.
