So I came in to get my hair blue and purple, Susan did it same day she even stayed late to do it. She bleached it twice and used toner. She did so wonderful on that, my hair isnt fried at all. One thing, water and bleach went down my back. I didnt care so much about being wet but my really expensive shirt now have a bleach stain on it. The first time she did the color, she was being impatient and only left the dye on for 15 minutes and came out the complete wrong color (we has already been sitting there for 5 hours) she did the right thing and redid my hair to make it the color it was supposed to be (took another 3 hours) the second time was much better, she let it sit longer the color came out vibrant. Overall terrible experience paid $100 and 8 hours for blue and purple hair. Do NOT recommend Susan.

I called Sola Salon about the issue and am very pleased with how the landlord handled it. He was very understanding about my complaint and I feel better knowing that one person's mistakes do not represent the business as a whole. WARNING: Please think carefully before you go to Shaina for any permanent makeup. She did my eyeliner about a month ago and accidentally tattood my hand during the procedure! The anesthetic she used did not work and the procedure was extremely painful. It was way worse than when I had microblading done at a different studio! She did not show me whether she was using a clean needle or not. If you go to her make sure you ask to see the needle in its package! I do not trust her to do my touch up. I asked if I could have a refund so I could pay a different artist to do my makeup instead. She would only refund 100 out of 350 dollars. That is not nearly enough to pay for a good makeup artist and definitely not enough to pay for fixing the mistake she made on my hand! The whole time I was texting her about working out a solution she was extremely unprofessional. She tried to blame me for the anesthetic not working and for her mistake of tattooing my hand. She told me to "grow up" as if I am being immature by expecting her to run a professional business. Permanent makeup lasts a long time! I don't want anyone else to have the terrible experiences I did. Please be careful if you decide to go to her. There are other makeup artists in Rapid City, Shaina is not your only option for permanent makeup. If you want to have permanent makeup done well, I highly recommend Tasia in Rapid City. She has great customer service and did a great job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be going to her to fix the mistakes Shaina made.

When Jeanette asked what I wanted, I specifically requested a **high and tight, military-style haircut**. When she responded that she didn't know what that was, I probably should have declined the service, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the haircut was not what I asked for. The fade was poorly blended, and there was a very noticeable line across my son's head where it hadn't been faded correctly. When she asked how it looked and I requested that it be shorter, her response and annoyed look made the experience even more frustrating. While paying for my children's haircuts, I made it clear that I did not want Jeanette cutting my son's hair again because she didn't follow my instructions or deliver the haircut I requested. I do want to give credit where it's deserved. Taylor cut my daughter's hair, and she did an **amazing job**! She made my daughter feel so good about herself and really boosted her confidence. Taylor also offered to fix my son's haircut before school pictures next week, and I told her I would be back. Once we got outside and I saw the haircut in direct sunlight, I realized just how bad it looked. I decided to go back inside and ask if it could be fixed immediately. I didn't feel comfortable taking him home looking the way he did, especially knowing his dad would be upset that I hadn't spoken up for him. The front desk ladies went to speak with Taylor, but she was heading to lunch. Houston, who has cut my hair in the past and has always done an amazing job, offered to fix it instead. I really appreciate her stepping in. After Houston corrected the haircut, it looked **significantly better, with a much more blended and properly faded finish.** Overall, I'm grateful to Taylor and Houston for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. However, Jeanette clearly needs additional training or a refresher on fading techniques and, most importantly, following customer instructions. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other parents don't have the same experience.

This is our experience with this Non-perfect below ten place: The employees are rude, and totally mannerless. They are not as experienced as they pretend to be. A pedicure lasted 1 week, yes, you read it right, one whole week!! It seems that instead of doing it with pride and honor they watered it, to make us go back in a week!! In their dreams, we know for experience how long it last a very good pedicure, a minimum of 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks. So how lousy was the job done, that the pedicure lasted just barely 1 week!?! Then a sugaring wax in another of their locations, again was like they watered it. In less than a moth back like if nothing was done. Horrible!! When an excellent sugaring wax has been done, it last from 3 - 4 and up to 6 months!! ** This is NOT our first rodeo Non-Perfect 10. We know what a well done service looks like and how long it last!! One try on each service and they are the last ones as well!!**

I didn't notice until after I left how horrible my nails looked, as if they had been painted by a 5yr old. They were rigid and bumpy. I was so disappointed that I paid $60 plus tip. Not to say that all the folks would do poorly, but the gal I went to should choose another profession.
