I don't know what is it with this state, that most businesses want to offer alcohol without being neither a restaurant nor a bar. I know that unless is the aforementioned businesses, I don't want alcohol anywhere else. Absurd!! This is our experience with this Non-perfect below ten place: The employees are rude, and totally mannerless. They are not as experienced as they pretend to be. A pedicure lasted 1 week, yes, you read it right, one whole week!! It seems that instead of doing it with pride and honor they watered it, to make us go back in a week!! In their dreams, we know for experience how long it last a very good pedicure, a minimum of 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks. So how lousy was the job done, that the pedicure lasted just barely 1 week!?! Then a sugaring wax in another of their locations, again was like they watered it. In less than a moth back like if nothing was done. Horrible!! When an excellent sugaring wax has been done, it last from 3 - 4 and up to 6 months!! ** This is NOT our first rodeo Non-Perfect 10. We know what a well done service looks like and how long it last!! One try on each service and they are the last ones as well!!**

I didn't notice until after I left how horrible my nails looked, as if they had been painted by a 5yr old. They were rigid and bumpy. I was so disappointed that I paid $60 plus tip. Upon entering the beauty bar I noticed how clean everything looked and how well things were organized. I was greeted by several employees and they immediately started looking for the color combination I was interested in. I was probably a bit difficult because I had such a clear picture of what I wanted to do but through trial and error I settled on a different color scheme. That part was a bummer. My nail tech seemed a bit standoffish but I figured out that she's just fairly quiet and was so so nice. She gave me ideas for nail art and explained how to do an ombré on a nail. She also did a hand massage which is my favorite thing! So that was a nice addition. Overall I am really happy with my appointment and my nails. I was very clear on the phone setting the appointment that it was a color correction. I came in and saw Kari Wells. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (The picture I showed her is attached) I said; just darker shade on my roots: but still blonde; as I've always been a blonde, and was very clear that I have strawberry blonde. when I had the foils on, I had to say "shouldn't you wash them out" I think they sat for a good 40 minutes when she told me they only should've been 20. She had no timer set? so I don't know how she anticipated timing correctly. But I was keeping a eye on my cell phones clock.. She washes my hair, I look in the mirror and the whole all of my hair is completely dark gray. When I told her...I was not happy that my hair was gray...She proceeded to try about three more things to make it not gray; Repeating to me out loud, the color wheel, I left the salon as I arrived in a baseball cap. So about $200-$250 later, I went home crying in a baseball cap. It was very clear I had a very big event the next evening, that is formal dress up, and I was heartbroken that my hair was worse than when I went in. I called my daughter in tears, she sent me to Walgreens to get this oops! which I put on my hair and took all the color out that kari had put in...and that looked so much better than it did when I left the salon; So I basically paid 200 $250, to sit for five hours, make my hair worse....for her at the end to tell me where it in a braid, it looks better that way pulled back. Nobody wants gray hair. Then she told me the reason my hair turned gray was because I have well Water? I've lived in the same house forever. Never had a problem with my hair, turning gray when it was colored. I'm calling BS on that explanation. Not a happy client I will not recommend, I will not be back, it was one of the most horrible experiences I've had with my hair. I would not have been that bad. If she taken ownership and said the color correct and I'm doing is not working, but she waited till the very end to ask somebody for help. And said to me about 1 million times what she was doing "as if I knew? That's why I went to an expert; A upper class salon as well, It's not like I went to great clips. she kept saying to me does that make sense, does that make sense, she must've said that 200 times. None of it made sense because when I left my hair was worse than when I got there. Do not go, do not waste your money or time....100% Dissatisfied....
