I loved that each stylist uses her own cell number, so there is no misunderstandings over the schedule. After making the appointment, I had to call back because of a scheduling conflict. Marla graciously accommodated the schedule change. When I walked into her salon, there was an immediate sense of welcome. I felt she really listened to what I wanted, and she gave me a great cut. 6 weeks later, I went back for another visit. I decided to do a little more to my hair, and again, she listened and gave me exactly what I wanted! I will come back again and again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She is the owner of the salon, but it seems that the rest of her stylists have the same attention to detail. She wouldn't be that stupid, and it's been all these years. So while my girlfriend bought her employee, she gave employee up a month and now has her own shop. The rains to put the color corrector on my hair from noon til about 8pm and fried her hair it was fried so bad when rinsed they had to cut it all like a boy super short. While the worker laughed that well at least my Women can pull that off,and she laughed . Then they charged her $700 and my my girl has a hard time getting her done , and tries n tries to do it her self and not to mention it won't grow she uses expensive stuff from ulta and it's been about 3 or so years she still has a pixie if that. After everything is said and done, people called up there numerous times tell her I wanted her money back and that wish it wasn't right n she laughed and said that she wasn't the one that did her hair.
