New to the area, a coworker of mine recommended this place to me. It's a cute little shop with a unique rustic interior. I gave my stylist , Mindy wayyy to many Pinterest photos and had a pretty vague idea of what I wanted. She took it and ran with it. The color turned out amazing and the cut was perfect. Walked in at 5:45 for a cut. 3 employees standing around talking. Asked if they were open. They responded yes. Then asked if I could get a haircut, all 3 said they didn't have time. Apparently they can't cut a mens fade with over 2 hours remaining before they close at 8. Thanks. read more

Sarah Grisak was far and away the best hair cut experience I've had to date. I've never had a stylist be so knowledgeable and informative. At 24, I've definitely had a lot of haircuts and always go to salons as my hair is a bit longer than most guys. It's rare for me to go back to a place more than once due to being pretty picky about my hair and having some disappointing experiences in the past. Sarah is someone I will be returning to over and over, here's why. No other stylist has ever told me exactly how my hair grows. I told her what I wanted and what I liked, she then took the time to evaluate my hair and see if it was possible to do what I asked or if it needed to be tweaked a bit to look good. 90% of the places I go to don't take that seemingly simple step, they just start shampooing and cutting. Sarah looked at it dry and made sure she understood how it acts when its not wet and gave advice accordingly. I've never been happier with the final cut, it looks incredible. She's also taking continuing education courses as much as she can, that speaks volumes to how much she enjoys her profession and is clearly evident in the skill she displays.
