I scheduled a brow wax appointment at the Benefit Brow Bar, but usually I go to the one at Fashion Valley Mall. Not only was I not greeted when I first walked in, but once I got to the brow bar, the associates still did not greet me. I tried to make it obvious that I was here for my appointment at 5:40 that I called in for, and as I was attempting to make eye contact with the brow lady, she continued to chat with other customers as if she didn't have an appointment within the next 5 minutes. I stood there looking stupid and completely ignored. The brow lady just continued her conversation. She also BEGAN doing the customers brows at 5:38 and by this time, still, no associate had asked me if I had checked in for my appointment. Suuuuuch bad customer service for someone who doesn't speak Spanish or doesn't look of a Hispanic background. It's as if when I walked in (I'm Filipina), all heads turned away and I was completely ignored. I'm currently writing this review in the parking lot and I'm 7 minutes past my appointment time without a notification call from Benefit. I was neglected the entire time and it's safe to say I'm never coming back! Such a disappointment from a good company. read more

I never ever have to write reviews, but this really called for it. I would NOT recommend this Ulta to anyone. I recently visited this store, and the experience was not a good one. I was in the store for about 45min-1hr browsing all the wonderful items Ulta sells. Not one person greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I came across about 5 works, and still no one even acknowledged me. The workers were talking, and even talking when I came up to the register to check out. It is sad that this store has so much to offer, but the workers lack customer service. read more

I live close to this Ulta and I usually get a 5/10 experience when shopping here. However, as of late the new employee's have been so nice and helpful. Today, for example, I went to buy some make up and I was immediately greeted by the salon guy who helped me find what I was looking for. He was so nice and made me feel welcome at the store. I'll be coming back more often. read more

Very pleased with Mary's work not only was I recommended to her by one person but 3, before I made my appointment I check Yelp reviews and saw about three more recommendations she is just simply fabulous at what she does got my eyebrows waxed and my sides , I usually break out when I get my sides waxed and not with her she went out of her way to place a special cream to prevent me from breaking out! If your going to get waxed there I would hands down recommend you to her !! read more
