Don't waste your time they will mess up your eyebrows like extremely bad, it's the second time they do this shit to me I'm never coming back this is ridiculous save yourself. On top of both women who work there messing up my eyebrows they missed a bunch of hair and were extremely rough. I have been coming here for years and it's been good for the most part. I've had one lady ask one too many personal questions about my job, even how much I get paid. Another time I had mismatched eyebrows with one having a higher arch brow. Last night was a surprise when I was denied service. I came in before they closed and there was a good 20 minutes left. I drove to the mall just for this and was told that they were closed as she was finishing up on a customer. They close at 9 and I made it in before that time. Stopped in on a weekend since I was overdue for some maintenance and there was no wait. This was the most painful threading experience. I could feel each individual hair being pulled and the thread had a lot of resistance against my skin. It was not pleasant. When she gave me the mirror, I had multiple cuts under one brow as well as cuts and bumps on my upper lip. I was bleeding! It's been several days and my upper lip is still sensitive with some irritation. My brows are also super thin. She gave me a rewards card, i threw it out. I won't be back. read more

My sister and I went to the upper brow spa in plaza and the lady asked us both for our age (18/15). She told us to call our mom to make sure it was okay? Since when do you need to be a certain age to get your brows done! The lady kept looking at my sister and made her feel uncomfortable! She did not trim my eyebrows all the way and was more focused on my sister than my brows. I was also not able to pay cash and card, which is odd since I could the last time I went. We came at 6:41 sunday august 13th of 2017 my sister was going to do her eye brows. The person doing the eye brows had one person waiting, with us it was 2. She told us she could not help us, that the guy wating for her was the last person. Having in mind that the mall doesnt close until 7pm. I asked her "well ehat time do you close and she said 7pm. I told her "its 6:41 how is it that you cant help us out. She stated that she needed to clean up. I mean you clean up after you close specially if you have customers before you close. This place deserves 0 stars and should be avoided! I came in here with outgrown eyebrows so they can be shaped and maintained from there afterwards. I came out with super thin brows, bald spots, and uneven thickness. I specifically told the lady to just clean my brows up and I want them to be on the thicker side. She said ok and pointed out one brow is shorter than the other which then I replied "yes". That's all the convo we had. Afterwards she showed me the mirror and it was my fault for not looking closely enough as I never had any issues with getting threaded before so I thought it'd be any other. As soon as I got out into better lighting, that's when I realized she messed up my brows. Went back in I told her and pointed it out. She proceeded to lie that it wasn't her fault and that my brows were already like that and that she even pointed it out. The lady was working on another customer so she has to make up a lie in front of people so she doesn't get a bad rep. I asked her for a portion of my money back for that bad job that she did and she said no refunds. (No wonder why there are no refunds, based of reviews a lot of people were probably asking for refunds because of the crappy job that was being done that they had to make it a policy). I'm still angry and had the worst experience ever last week!! I went there for an inch trim and came out with a bad hair cut and wet hair with no blow dry after hours of waiting. The only older male that was doing hair did not inform me that he doesn't have much time left which I asked first before we got started. I showed him the amount of hair to be trimmed which was an inch and was specific about it too and so he acknowledged. As he started chopping away on my hair, I asked him to trim my bangs too...he took some with his comb and did one single cut and that was it....now, I'm shocked seeing that! In the midst of it, he told me he doesn't have time to finish my hair and needs to leave now to pick up his friend. I'm like, what?...you could've told me that before you started?! He kept saying I'm sorry and rushed off...I'm like, are you F**** serious?! So he left me with wet hair (I did ask for a blow dry) and a bad hair cut which he cut off close to 5 inches with uneven cut. Sooo don't go there people, services sucks and I DON'T recommend this place to anyone, PERIODT!!!! read more
