We go in, one of the ladies yells at us to wash our hands... ok we wash our hands. Not very nice to us. I ended up getting the grumpy lady and she doesn't do a very good job with my feet. I told her I want the basic pedicure.. and she rushes through it. I told her I want gel (which I don't normally do but I was feeling like ok maybe it's good and it will last longer) uneven toenails... because why? It's supper rushed through. And as she's doing each foot she just was super demanding at which foot she worked on and put it back in the water oh not that one! Then we do my nails and I did a basic manicure and she scraped my nails with one of the tools and now they're all scraped. I went to one of the higher end for Mother's Day and it was cheaper, the service was excellent and my toes were all even and no yelling. Hope this helps.

The online system was wrong and there was only one and the same brand but wrong color I ended up getting it anyway. There was no line when I walked in, but when I was ready to check out everyone in the store had the same idea and the line quickly became 7 people long.
