They are always friendly, fast, and do a fantastic job on my nails. Lisa is able to do anything I ask for and their pedicures have done such amazing things for the callouses on my feet. Terrible customer service. An hour after my appointment my nails were smeared due to an oil they used on my feet and when I called to get resolved, they actually yelled at me. They told me to come back to get fixed at 8:00 at night on the other side of the valley but refused to offer me any refund or to fix it another day. Don't waste your money here. My fingers actually hurt after I left. First, I didn't get the polish that I asked for; I picked it right off of their sample nails, it was just a crackle polish. Then when I asked them why it wasn't the same, they acted like it was my fault and told me it would be an additional $30 to do what I wanted, for crackle!? Which would have made it a $60 manicure!? (The naFiling and cuticle cutting both hurt, and my nails/cuticles look like junk...still made me pay full price, even though it wasn't what I asked for. I had such a twisted experience. I read the reviews found nothing really good, read about the rude male employee and some peoples horrible experiences. I decided to give it a shot anyway. I will say my female nail technician was very kind and did a great job with my nails. I have no complaints with her. However, this mentioned male technician was present this day. This poor girl at the end of the row was getting her nails done with him, I heard a lot of conversation back-and-forth he was being extremely difficult with her. Any time I heard her say some thing or ask for some thing he added an additional $10 on, She was completely calm and kind and used pleasantries the whole time. I've never heard anyone say something to a customer the way he was saying to her.My nails were expensive as well, $71 for a fill is pretty pricey, but again I decided to give them a shot I figured maybe they were really good. I'll pay the price if my technician is kind, but the girl who was stuck with the male technician I was scared for her. The guy started yelling at her saying he needed to take her payment immediately even though she continued to say she wanted to pay after especially since he wasn't even doing what she wanted, he then said that he would call the cops on her. I started to get an anxiety attack I wanted to but in and help the girl but I was scared about the man turning on me. It was impossible for me to enjoy my experience knowing that someone was treated like that and none of the other employees did anything about it. Probably the worst pedicure I have had. She cut into all around the cuticle area, making me bleed in some places. Didn't take time to shape the nail so they are all weird shaped and then the quick nail polish job didn't have time to set so it smeared as she put the top coat on. I don't like to give bad reviews but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I was in town visiting so I came to this place with my cousins, I asked the guy how much my total was going to be, I didn't want to be surprised with hidden fees. I've been to a lot of nails salon's over the years and been a hairstylist for 34. So to say I've had my share of nails and toes done is an understatement. This has to be hands down the worst pedicure job I've ever had. My sister had a stroke two week prior to our outing to get our toes done and she was looking forward to this immensely. Now we had been here before and had a fairly good experience so we decided to go again. Well this time was a horrible experience, the girl doing my nails did even smooth out the rough edges and top of my nail after removing the gel polish. Secondly she never even used a base coat when she started to paint my nails and the final product after she was done looked like crap. When you paid 65.00 for a pedicure you at least hope the polish and final product looks good. It didn't! To say I'm mad and disappointed would be an understatement. For a gel fill I expected to pay between $30-35 which is still expensive for a fill; however I was charged $50 and not told it would be this much till after the fact. A full set is $60! I'd have rather gotten a new set for that price. If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. I took my daughters to get their nails painted as a special holiday treat. We waited for an hour before service started, even though we were quoted 20 minutes. Lisa was very rude to my seven-year-old daughter because she wanted pink hombre nails. Lisa did not understand what she wanted and very rudely glared and said, $60 then. We had picked our colors off of a color wheel of gel nails, after our wait we were told that the colors we had chosen we're not available. But somehow that seem to irritate the staff as though it was our fault. My teenager had a flower painted on her and when she did not want the inside painted, Lisa glared at her, made a disgusted face, and said whatever. The service was horrible. They want you to use gel and charge $15 extra dollars. Your pedi ends up costing you $100 dollars when you expect $50. They want you to pay Venmo and use a flower to get out of paying tax. Prices are not listed anywhere and after pedicure had begun we were asked which one we wanted. $26 dollars for "basic" pedicure. Had nails painted with gel and it is already chipping and one nail has already flaked off. Had a design in mind for manicure and had it done on my normal nails. Design was pretty similar to what I asked for but my nail shape is uneven, there is gel polish on the sides of my fingers and not even. Gel has chipped on 4 nails after ONE DAY! The young man who did my nails was pleasant and professional. When I strolled in, the salon fortunately was not busy, so I was seated at a station immediately. My gel nails look good, but Nails 4U charged $13.00 more, AND then another $5.00 for gel top coat, than another salon in a city farther south I usually go to. The higher prices are definitely not worth it, and it is not true, as this tech stated to me: "We are the best place in town." The only reason I went to Nails 4U is b/c they were open at a time when my favorite salon was not, and I desperately needed a fill. I also have hyponychium, which is when the skin grows up beyond the free edge of the nail, on one of my toes. She clipped the skin with the nail clippers, which you're not supposed to do. So that has been hurting. So I will absolutely not be returning for another pedicure. read more

He snapped at me the entire appointment, either my hands were too stiff, or I was moving to much!
