The lady recommended I get a wax being that I only wanted to clean the area because I do have micro shading on my brows. It's basically a big ball of melted sugar and some lemon juice that gets smoothed on your skin and rolled off. No strips or burning. Jen is great. She asks me about my weekend plans, my family, etc. to distract from the pain (yes it still hurts, but not as bad as waxing, I swear!). She's so fast and doesn't have to go over the same area over and over. She has great hours. She's an independent businesswoman who runs a clean and honest practice. What more do you need?

I called Priti (P-R-I-T-I) the receptionist at 1:00 PM to ask if the threading specialist I like was available. She told me yes, the specialist was available today and also tomorrow. I explained that I live an hour and a half away and specifically drive out for this particular service provider because she does great work. Priti said that was fine and told me there were no appointments scheduled, so I could come in anytime. At 2:35 PM, I called back to confirm that I would be coming and asked if there was an appointment available. She said they had an opening at 3:15 PM. I said that would work. She then abruptly hung up without taking my name or confirming anything. When I arrived and parked, I called back because I realized she had never taken my name to hold the 3:15 appointment. I had my seven-year-old daughter with me, who is sick, so I wanted to be sure the appointment was secured before bringing her inside. Priti told me she could not put my name down unless I physically came into the salon. I did not understand why my name could not simply be written down over the phone, especially since she was the one who hung up without confirming details. Then she started to say, show me your car .. I will come out to see you in your car so I know you are here. I got frustrated because why would I want anyone to see my car when I'm trying to give her my name for the appointment?! She said she doesn't believe me that I'm here and calling to put my name on the time, I was so confused! The situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of resolving it professionally, she involved someone named Neil, who told me they would not service me and that I had to leave. For someone who drives 1.5-2 hours specifically for their services, this level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Clear communication and basic courtesy would have prevented this entire situation. Unfortunately, due to the poor and dismissive customer service, I will not be returning. I will also report this to the business bureau.

I had SO MUCH hair and my hair is 80% of what it was which is insane to think about! THOUSANDS of hairs are completely gone and I couldn't be happier. My results were so good I referred my mom here as well and she has had similar results. Jessica is so kind and so knowledgeable as well. I was really hesitant with electrolysis as first due to scarring or hyperpigmentation but she reassured me with the research and stats as to why those things are uncommon. She also started with a really low intensity setting to see how my skin would react and then slowly built up to my current settings after making sure there were no adverse skin reactions. Her office is also very clean and she uses sterile instruments and gloves which i really appreciate! I had another electrologist say they don't need to wear gloves because the probe is "self-sterilizing" but taking extra steps to be clean is never a bad thing and Jessica takes cleanliness very seriously! On top of all those amazing things, she maintains a friendly and comfortable environment during the sessions! I highly highly recommend her services!
