I found Janie & saw all these amazing reviews & decided maybe 10th time is a charm since she uses a glue & line I've never tried before i thought why not. I am so glad i did! I drive from Tracy to see her & it's so worth the drive. Janie is so fun & is a true artist. I have barely any lashes & we first did. Hybrid set which was great I barely lost any lashes when it was time for my fill. This time we decided to do full volume & i have little to no lashes in the center as my shed cycle happens in the center but that's no issue for Janie. My lashes look bomb & I've gotten so many compliments on them! I haven't lost any & it's been a few days. I am obsessed. She's also super knowledgeable & this whole time I've been told don't ever get your lashes wet if you do dry them immediately well apparently you're supposed to clean them & thanks to Janie's lash cleanser i can & keeps them in tact! Owner worked her magic on my lashes and they ended up nicely symmetrical. The lift lasted at least 4 weeks! She hand-plucked my brows and tinted them with a nice color that she thought out. I primarily see Kelly, though I've also had my lashes done by Kylie when Kelly is traveling, and both of them are truly amazing people. Kelly is incredibly skilled and meticulous with her work. Her hand skills are fantastic, and I have never had an issue after a session. They always look perfect. The quality of the products she uses is clearly top notch. My lashes easily last 3 weeks, and I don't hold back. I go swimming, sweat in them, and wash them regularly with lash soap, and they still look amazing every time. Beyond the technical work, Kelly is just a wonderful, down-to-earth person. We have such great conversations during my appointments. She is incredibly thoughtful and full of wisdom. It's rare to find someone you just "click" with on that level, and it makes the appointments so enjoyable. From a logistics standpoint, they are fantastic as well. They are always on time, and my appointments end exactly when scheduled. Additionally, their pricing is very reasonable. Tried calling the number twice and no answer. The strangest experience I've ever had. I'm just hoping I don't get charged a no show fee afterwards. Still inside as I'm writing this. Really awful experience but very strange, I hope the employees are ok? Weird. Won't be coming back I guess.
