On the flip side, there's a noticeably bigger focus on frozen meals and frozen options, which is convenient... but it's not quite the same as walking in and feeling confident about the fresh picks. A bigger concern for me: a few times I visited, I noticed items that were close to--or possibly past--their prime/expiration date. That's the kind of thing that makes shoppers hesitate, especially when there are so many alternatives nearby. I genuinely think a little refresh would go a long way: - tighter inventory rotation - clearer quality checks - small clean-up / organization upgrades This is still a local business, and I'd like to see them bounce back. That is not acceptable - damaged products should be replaced or removed, not forced on the customer. When I asked for the manager, the cashier told me to go to the back of the store to find them myself. I had my child with me and asked for the manager to be called to the counter, but the cashier resisted multiple times. Even small things, like being told to go outside to use a trash can after I had already used one near the counter, were handled in a rigid and unfriendly way. I have had good experiences here in the past, especially with Sharanjeet ji and Kuldeep ji, but interactions like this reflect poorly on the store.
