I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. Before booking, I contacted them multiple times via Instagram and phone to confirm pricing and details specifically for the VI Purify Precision Plus peel. I carefully planned my appointment around an upcoming international trip to ensure I'd have enough time to complete the peeling process and heal fully. On the day of my appointment, I even received a confirmation call, which I confirmed. However, after arriving, being taken to a private room, only then I was informed that they had run out of the VI Purify Precision Plus and only had the VI Peel Advanced available, supposedly for the same price. I felt misled. This is information they could and should have shared ahead of time, either during the confirmation call or at the front desk before having me sign waivers. Instead, I was told only after I was already in the treatment room. Because of my tight schedule and upcoming trip, I felt pressured to proceed. I had also already paid for a babysitter, which made leaving even more difficult. The entire situation felt unprofessional and avoidable. A simple courtesy call would have made a big difference. Absolutely atrocious treatment of customers. I got Sculptra done and initially Parsa was really nice, friendly and made me feel comfortable. He recommended 4 vials and I told him I was comfortable with starting with only 2, and he agreed to that. After 6 weeks I went for my follow up and first of all he was 30 mins late to the meeting. He prioritizes consultations vs follow ups, i.e. new business. I told him I was not seeing any results and he basically started gaslighting me, saying that he had told me I needed more vials and it is a longer term journey. He said "You aren't the right candidate for it". Ofc, when he was taking my money he never said that. I politely asked many times what he is willing to do to compromise for the zero return on my investment. He downright refused to offer ANYTHING. Forget any refund- not even a partial reimbursement, or a discount for a future treatment, or even a freebie like a facial. He was so standoffish and rude. I said "that is a bummer" and he shrugged and said "yep, it is". I felt so humiliated and cheated. DO NOT GO HERE. He is a part owner of this practice. He does not deserve any business. They have an overall good rating but I don't believe it. They are all over Yelp and I would not be surprised if they are soliciting positive reviews. read more

I debate on my star rating because I didn't have a service done. I write because I had a terrible experience elsewhere and wanted consult/insight as to how to correct what was done elsewhere, not to correct everything else wrong with my face. That said, as someone on disability for chemical sensitivities, I inquired about fragrance use when I called. They were happy to accommodate. Problem was, they turned off the fragrance machine the same day.. it was still present and very strong. I appreciate the efforts and 5 stars for trying to accommodate, but I ended up bedridden for 3 days afterwards with so little lung function, it hurt to breathe. This will affect virtually nobody else I'm sure, unless you have MCS or another respiratory disorder, so wanted to mention it. I had to cancel my appt to meet with the doctor because of it, which was really disappointing. I did meet with Isabel who was so sweet and felt very confident in her abilities to perform any injectable. I came for insight how to correct a bad Exilis treatment from another provider and she told me I probably wouldn't be happy unless I just had a face lift after pointing out multiple places I'd need fillers, including my chin, which was affected by Exilis treatment. We chatted and did realize she was good friends with the nurse that gave me the bad treatment at another med spa, so after the comment on needing a facelift, the strong fragrance issue and fact she was or such good acquaintance to that nurse, it just was not a good fit for me. I wish I could have met with the doctor here, as I've heard wonderful things from others that have seen him. read more

This weekend I had a peel from Dari. So far so good, I'm still healing but everything has been recovering just as she explained it would. I was sad to learn that when I go back for my laser treatment that Dr Parsa would no longer be there and I needed to schedule with someone else. I did get a chance to meet Nurse Isabel and look forward to my treatment next month with her. Their office is always clean and staff is always friendly. Drove all the way from SF for this experience--WORTH IT. I snagged an unbeatable New Year promotion on their CO2 laser and thought, why not make the trek. Plus, I could hit up Marshall's on the way there. SF girlies know the struggle--no Marshalls or TJ Maxx in SF . Okay, now back to Silhouette! The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. The office, coming from SF, is like the Taj Mahal--absolutely massive with super impressive facilities and ample free parking. I arrived a bit early and was totally fine to wait but they managed to get me in early, which was great. Isabel was my technician--let's talk about skin goals. Our girl is flawless, which at least to me is always reassuring when they're about to blast your face with burning carbon dioxide--it's like, "okay, she can take care of her own skin, we've got this." She was a delight to chat with, and was super sweet and reassuring throughout the whole process which honestly took no more than 20 minutes. I went there a couple of week ago for filler to rejuvenate my mid-face due to aging-related fat loss around my cheeks & under eye area. It was a great experience. They understood the exact areas I wanted to address and were amazing at handling my propensity to have a vasovagal (fainting) response to needles. While I did get a bit light headed at one point (gotta love an uncontrollable reflex), their response was extremely professional and supportive and after a minute we were able to continue with no issues. The procedure went very well and at now two weeks out, my results have been great. It is great to not appear constantly tired.
