Jeannette is great! I used to go to Jennifer at Senna in Westlake, who was wonderful but they closed a while back. I tried a waxing place nearby with good reviews, but they did nothing for my brow shape. Jeannette has a real eye for detail and makes your brows look their best. She does waxing, tweezing or threading, and it's reasonably priced. Only thing I regret is not bringing more cash to tip with. I thought I'd be able to add a tip at the register but it didn't prompt me (maybe a glitch, or maybe that's always the case, not sure). Highly recommended! Just took my mom here to get our brows done. We normally just get them done at the nail salon when we are there, but glad we stumbled upon this brow bar! Jeannette, the esthetician, was very knowledgeable about our brows! I am using topical acne medicine, so I wasn't able to get a wax, but she accommodated my situation by plucking them instead. Very very disappointed in the brow bar... I have a missing patch of hair in my right eye brow, my left eye brow is thicker and the hairs aren't trimmed evenly. What in the world :( I told Jonathan there was a spot of hair missing and he said sorry... but I don't think he really throughly took his time with things... I can fill my brows to make them more even but I'd rather not have to fill them every single day. I like the more natural look. This was my 3rd time using the brow bar. First time with Jonathan was good, second time with Jessica was okay, and this third time was awful and I'm really sad because I love benefit and their products and I was so excited to be using the brow bar. I wish things were better. But unfortunately I don't recommend this brow bar. read more

Went on Wednesday and called to make an appointment. The girl on the phone was super nice and helpful and told me they would consult and map my brows. When I got there and told the 2 girls I had an appointment, they didn't say anything. It was like they expected me to follow them over to the chair. So I sit in the chair, still no hello. The girl didn't have a name tag on so i dont know what her name was. She handed me the clipboard and I filled out my name etc. and I told her that I had a pesky eyebrow that I really needed help with. The girl asked ME what she should do with brows so I told her trim and wax and fix my uncontrollable brow. She starts waxing and asked if the wax temp felt fine. It did and she proceeded. She filled them in for me as well after shaping them and I did like how they looked, but when I got home I noticed that my one brow was pretty much the same, just trimmed. I also have 2 burns now from the wax, between my brows that probably won't be going away for a couple weeks. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my appointment at Benefit and I will not be coming back. It's not worth the $21! The girl that helped me had long dark hair and nice makeup, she might've been new because the girl that rang me up asked her if she was ok so i dont know what the situation was but I am not happy.
